Very pricey and service was never completed on time.

Do not expect return call when there are problems after service completed and after payment made. The equipment provided with project failed within a week. The winter cover was not properly installed. The charge for services exceeded the estimate.

Joe explained to me a lot of information about my pool and equipment I never knew! He was awesome

Joe is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and cares about the quality of his work. We have used him for a few years opening and closing our pool. This year we had significant wrinkles in our liner and Joe worked so diligently in order to remove them for us. We decided to use him for maintaining our pool as well. Very personable, quality work and honest. Highly recommend!

Work in progress. Satisfactory so far

I spent three times trying to get a contract so they would honor my opening date of May 21, a date important to me because I wanted to have it completed prior to my surgery. I finally received a contract which I completed requesting an additional hour of service at $125 for which I returned the contract with payment. No one showed up or called on 05/21/18. When i called they said they never received anything. I asked why I couldn’t pay online which I was finally allowed to do. When Joe the owner finally showed up he accused me of not sending the check on time and called me a liar and to never call his business. I have never been treated that way by a vendor and still can hardly believe it. I then had to hire someone else who was professional, timely and pleasant.

So nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Honest and even tried to help us over the phone before he had to come out. They came out quick and really spent time going over everything. We will use them from now on for all of our pool needs.

I was told they would be here at 8 did not arrive till noon Left pool pump outside shed after they said they would put away. The guy was nice enough and seemed to know a lot but we will see when I trooper pool next spring
