Chuck's Used Appliances

Description of Work: I needed my gas dryer fixed; I called and spoke with a very nice man I assume was the owner who said he would speak with the mechanic and get back to me. After 3 days of no word I called back and was told I needed to call another number; I spoke with a young lady who took my info again and who had no record of my earlier call. After over a week of nothing and with no dryer mind you I called again and the phone was answered by the rudest person ever. He said he worked in the back and he was not even supposed to be answering the phone and he had no idea when or if I was going to get my appliance fixed. When I asked if he could check the records please I could hear him mutter under his breath annoyed at such a request " Jes.. Chr.." Seriously? I called someone else and got the dryer fixed in less than 18 hrs THEN these people call me back: this is after 3 weeks of getting ignored
