NJ'S BEST LANDSCAPING

Went very well, referred to NJ's Best from family friend as someone honest and professional. Called Jack and left a messaged. Returned call the next day let him know what I wanted done and said he could have it done in less then a week for $125.00. Not a bad price for getting it done right away.

I needed to have my lawn seeded and new flowers planted in my flower bed. Since the work to be performed was for my front lawn, I needed to have something that really looked nice. When Mr. Connolly arrived at my home to provide a free estimate, I was quite impressed with his willingness to take a walk with me to view some of my other neighbors lawns. I wanted to give him an idea of what I was looking for. I advised Mr. Connolly that I didn"t know a lot about flowers but wanted him to plant something easy to care for and that the color had to be red. He agreed that red flowers would indeed look nice in my lawn. Mr. Connolly went on to state that the seed he planned to use to treat my lawn would yield lush beautiful green grass. He painted a very pretty picture of how the finished product would look. He quoted me a price which I thought was reasonable and I decided to hire him to do the job. Mr. Connolly and his crew arrived at the agreed upon time and proceeded to work on my lawn. I figured any day I would start to see pretty red flowers in bloom. After about a month, I noticed the flower bushes were not blooming and as a matter of fact, looked like dead branches. I called Mr. Connolly who said to give it time and that it should start blooming soon. After another month later, the flower bushes still had not yielded any leaves or blooms. I again called Mr. Connolly about the problem and this time he agreed the flower bushes needed to be replaced. About two days later, his crew appeared very early in the morning and replaced the plants. Since I was still in the bed, I did not bother to watch them in progress because I naturally assumed once I opened the door and took a look at my lawn, I would see nice little plants that replaced the dead ones. What I saw in my lawn instead, to my horror, where these faded whitish looking hydrangea plants. As the summer progressed, the plants took on a faded brownish look. As for my grass, it was no lusher or greener than it was before. The whole experience was horrible. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this contractor to anyone!

THE OVER ALL WORK WAS OKAY. STONE LOOKED GOOD BUT HALF THE SOD DIDN'T TAKE. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME BACK IN 3 WEEKS TO TREAT GRASS AND NEVER SHOWED UP. VERY DISGUSTED.
