 + -1 moreThe day before my long-awaited appointment the repairman called and demanded I move the generator into the house in order for him to perform the work. He was very abrasive and repeatedly told me he was, "too old for that crap". He was so over-the-top it would have been funny if I hadn't waited so long for the appointment. He failed to perform the work they agreed to do. He was extremely rude.
Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for a service technician come to my house and repair my gas powered generator. I explained the size and location of the generator as well as my inability to move it when I scheduled the appointment.

 + -1 moreWe own a pest control franchise and the sprayers we use have some design problems. Other franchises have constant problems with their equipment but not us. The Sharp Shops mechanic made some adjustments to our sprayers and theyve been working flawlessly all summer. FANTASTIC SERVICE!

 + -1 moreOverall, everything went great. They helped me unload the generator, asked what I was willing to spend, and gave a very rough estimate on what it might take to get it running again. In the end, the price was lower than the estimate, and they took a lot of time to explain what needed to be done in the future for maintenance to keep it running well and how to best use it. They also started it up to show it was working, and how to shut it off.
Description of Work: I brought them a generator that had not been run in ten years for repair/service.
