+ -1 moreRich is amazing..we were having frequent leaks in basement..none of the other plumbers couldn't find the root problem..he came and within 5 mins found the problem and fixed it..very reliable and honest..

+ -1 moreRich's office called right away to say that there was an emergency and he was running late: Rich called a little while later, he had finished and was on his way over. He came in, had everything he needed, did a great job very professional, explained what he did and why. Everything works great and everything was put back. I would highly recommend Cervone's Plumbing & Heating to anyone who needs any his service and excellent quality: (he has a very sweet dog too)

Description of Work: Cervone's Plumbing they just fixed a dripping faucet in the bathroom. There were two things to be replaced. It was the faucet and something else.

+ 0 moreToday 1/2/2013 he came to our house because the kitchen faucet broke in my hand on New Year's Day. He examined the problem and said that brass faucets were no longer being made by the manufacturer. He said that I had 3 choices: 1. Call the manufacturer and asked if they had any spare parts, 2. Go to the local plumbing distributor and select a new faucet or 3. Have him select something and he could install it the next day. He even went on the computer with me and guide me through the process of selecting a replacement faucet. He went above and beyond. Even called the distributor twice to see if they had a spare faucet in stock. He saved me a lot of time and aggravation.
Description of Work: We have used this plumbing service at least 7 times starting in 2002. In each case Rich, the owner, came promptly and provided excellent service explaining thoroughly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He also explained alternatives if available. He and his crew are always polite even taking time to greet our dog. This time it was a problem with a heating component on our gas heater. We lost heat in the house and it was cold. He replaced the component that had failed after sending his assistant to get the replacement.
