Trusty Tree Service

They came a couple times to providee exact quote and gave details of what's included in the service. On the day of service, they came with close to 10 people to do the work. It was done in 2 hours. Through out the time they were there, they showed me what they did and asked if the trimming was okay or if I would like the trees to be trimmed more. At the end of the work, they walked around the property with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work. They cleaned all the debris. I will definitely use them again.

I began trying to get tree service after Hurricane Irene. All of the tree service companies were backed up and my job wasn't an emergency - just unsightly. Then we had the October snow storm and I had additional damage. Again, I was not in emergency status. All of the companies were overwhelmed. Guy from Trusty Tree was one of the few tree service people that gave me the courtesy of calling me back to explain that it would be a while before he could do the work. All of the workers were professional and neat. My property was left in perfect condition - not a twig left behind. Guy is delightful and aims to please.

They are reliable and very efficient. They are easy to get a hold of. Their prices are reasonable.

Joe came to give an estimate for removal of the fallen tree and shrub. When he called back with the estimate, he asked if I also wanted a dead tree removed from the backyard and gave an estimate for the removal of all three. I agreed to get all removed and he gave me an approximate date, though I was in no rush. He called me the morning of the removal, arrived when expected and was done very quickly. He also removed some dead branches on adjacent trees. When completed, he explained to me exactly what he did and that he left extra chips over holes to allow for settling. The yard was left clean, no chips strewn on the lawn. Excellent service and communication.

Went as planned and promised. No add-on fees or problems

This was an event in the neighborhood. How can you cut down huge overgrown trees that tower over a house, causing it to never dry out (esp. in NJ's recent weather pattern), and providing a breeding ground for MOLD all over the place. The enormous trees are behind the house with no easy access. See my report on Aurora Inspection and quot;a breath of fresh air in a house full of moldand quot;. Aurora said all trees needed to be cut back so that from an ariaI view the house would be clear. I found Guy, owner of Trusty Tree on Angies list and researched him along with a few others. We had seen his truck all over the local towns and his prices seemed in line with the average ones. I told him I had been really sick from mold exposure for the 5 months I have been living here, money wasn't plentiful as we have been remedieting room after room. He and his crew came three days later and set up planks on the front lawn and drove this huge rig onto the planks. It had that very tall yellow metal attachment with the huge ball and hook hanging from it. Some of the tree climbers wrapped sturdy belts around their pelvis and were hooked to the ball and then hoisted way up over the front of the house to the towering trees. Other guys literally just climbed the trees in the back as if they were in a playground while still others sawed off lower lying branches. Once positioned in the trees they would wrap large limbs with straps and then the rig would send the ball and hook to them and they would affix the hook to the intended target. They cut the branch with large saws and the rig would then have the task of lifting the large limb over the house, avoiding the roof, windows, wires and our neighbors house and down to the street where it was unhooked, unstrapped and put into a shredding truck which made mulch out of limbs that looked to be as wide as 18and quot;+ in diameter. Needless to say I held my breath on quite a few of the really big ones, especially at the beginning, because logically it seemed impossible that they could pull this off without damaging something and the damage I knew could be big. There were quite a few ooohs and ahhs from all the neighbors who watched for most of the three plus hours it took to do the job. I have to say there was not so much as a scratch on anything. THESE GUYS ARE PROS and the owner was on the job from the beginning till every area of our property was raked and blown clean. Trusty Trees is the appropriate name for a really nice group of real professionals. The sun now shines on our house, deck and the yard. Thanks guys and Guy. I know to you it was a job but to us....oh well, ....just thanks again.

The workers arrived exactly when they said they would and the job was completed in the time specified. The 70 foot tree was totally removed in about four hours, without any damage to the structures below.. Although a difficult manual job, the workers followed good safety procedures, protecting both property and personnel. Cleanup upon completion of the job was also excellent. I would recommend Trusty Tree to anyone who wants quality work, on time, at a fair price.

It was very hard to get any company to respond because of the devastation in New Jersey. Out of 4 companies I called, Guy's bid was the best but more importantly, he is a top professional. Guy Anello and his team was very responsive. His staff was very efficient, on time and completed the work. I referred him to 3 other homeowners who also had trees fall after Irene and they too were very satisfied. He is a great guy and I would not hesitate to call him again in a minute!

I had someone else put the sprinkler system but it was not good. Seven guys came out and they spent a whole day here. They cleaned up after themselves. The guys were hanging on the ropes cutting the trees and trimming around. They were very professional. They had a control, they were clean and they didn't do any damage. Tree guys are tree guys. They did everything and their price was fair.

They came here and got they just got to work and got the job done. They were very efficient. Their clean up was very good. I was happy with everything. Their cost was very reasonable, I got several estimates. They were the best estimates and very good work. Sometimes the fear is that the lowest price is not going to do a very good job, but he was the lowest price and his work was excellent.

it went very well. Gus, the owner came by as promised to perform an appraisal of the yard. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided an estimate on the spot. The amount was very reasonable compared to a quote that I received from another firm. The work was scheduled for the following week and went without a hitch.

They were very good. They did the estimate and the job both very quickly. Their price was reasonable, significantly less in comparison to others due to how they removed the tree. They actually used a crane. and I had no issues at all. It was a good experience.

They were good. We liked them and they did a good job. The guy was really nice and he knew his stuff really well. The only problem was that he was so in demand that it took a while to get him to come. The tree looked great after they left and they cleaned up well.

There were large tree branches that had broken in a wind storm and threatened to fall on my neighbors lawn and garage (at my rental property). I called Trusty Tree and was as given an estimate for the branch removal as well as removal of additional dead branches within 24 hours and scheduled the work to be done in the next 4 days. I recieved a call from my neighbor 4 days later that the work had not been done yet and strong winds threatened to force the branches to fall. I called Trusty Tree immediately and they were able to arrive quickly and remove the branches within an hour of my call... Their work was good, done quickly and without any mess to my lawn or my neighbors.

They came out immediately the day I called to give an estimate. They came when I was not home, which was convenient. They called right away with a price, which was considerably less than 2 other quotes I received. They arranged to do the job right away.

They were great. They were excellent and did a great job. Their price was considerably lesser than other tree service companies. They were friendly.

The owner is easy to talk to and prompted in returning phone calls if he missed my call. The team showed up well equipped and performed a great job removing the tree. Cleaning could be done better - residual branches are removed, but not wood chips; there are large visible marks left on the driveway due to dragging the tree trunks. Overall, the price was reasonable, service performed was satisfying, and the speed of service was good too. Will definitely use again!

Look no further...this is the firm to use. I am not one to make such statements, but it is completely true. The quality of work, the professionalism, and the overall pleasent experience puts Trusty Tree in my list of firms that I will always use in the future. Trusty Tree arrived at the appoint time, and was finished in two hours. In that time, a climber systematically removed large sections of the tree with the assistance of a crane. The stump was removed, and the grounds around the old tree cleared of all debris. The arborvitaes were topped very straight, and the remaining trees were trimmed in a very attractive manner. I didn't need to say what should be done, they did the work well while explaining the work before it was done. I can wholeheartedly recommend Trusty Tree. You will not be disappointed.

I had heard great things about this co., so I called them first. They took my info and said they'd come out and give me an estimate "in a few days". That was over 2 weeks ago. So forget it!

They were on time. They were professional. I got a good feeling from those guys so I want to call them back. I have spoken to a lot of different tree folks. My requirements have changed now so I need to call them back. They take care of the tree. I wanted them to take the stuff out with them. I think I will hire them.

Guy, from Trusty Tree, came out over the weekend after a large tree limb fell on our roof. He gave an on the spot estimate and we scheduled tree removal the same week. His team was professional, efficient, and performed an excellent cleanup which was important as they had to approach one of the trees through the neighbor's property.

I obtained three estimates for the work. The owner of Trusty Tree, Guy Anello, was the only estimator who actually measured the driveway to see if it was wide enough to let a crane pass. I chose Trusty's because of Guy's diligence and the fact that Trusty's gave me the best price. On the day of the job, the Trusty Tree Service crew arrived on time, did their work carefully, finished quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. A single man climbed the tree and did all the cutting. He was very careful and methodical with his safety equipment. He tied the branches with rope before cutting them. I was very impressed with his precision in tying and cutting the branches to ensure they fell without hitting the house.

Was quick to provide an estimate which was very competitive. The work was performed soon after. Although it was a small job for this company they made me feel they valued my business. Cleaned up and left the yard in good condition.

Prompt and excellent service. They did a great job, cleaned up, and stacked the wood for me for my fireplace.
