Frank level of professionalism was above average! I was really impressed. He examined my home and helped me understand the report. His report was fast and efficient. I shared his contact with my neighbors and will hire him again for any future needs.

Frank was great. He answered all questions. He told us if the report came back negatively he would go with us to the landlord. He delivered my report timely.

Great experience with Frank - we had a potential mold issue in our house and he re-arranged his schedule to fit us in for a couple hours within a day of me contacting him. He was on time (actually early), professional, honest, courteous (asked to take shoes off, wore N95 mask), responsive, and even gave us a few tips around the house that had nothing to do with the mold issue I contacted him for. I highly recommend Frank for any type of inspection issue.

I was looking for someone to come out to do some air quality testing due to concerns with mold given the latest flooding in our basement after Ida. I went onto Angi at 1:45 and by 2:04 I had a call from Frank at Standard Inspection. He said he would try and fit me in but would need to call me back. At 2:45 he called and said if we could see him today, he could be there in 10 minutes. By 3:41 he was done with his testing. Frank was friendly and very personable and clearly takes pride in what he does. I would definitely recommend him and will keep his number handy should the need for his services arise again. Frank was great to work with - a total pro. My daughter has been having breathing issues and Frank came over on short notice to test the air quality in our home, basement and outside. He thoroughly explained the process and was quick and efficient in collecting the samples. Given his expertise as a home inspector he was also able to offer advice on other systems in the house (free of charge). Would highly recommend working with Frank.

Frank performed the mole testing and was able to explain the whole process in layman terms. This made it easy to understand. He was very thorough in doing the testing. I felt he did an excellent job.
