the door quality appears ok. my main problem with the company is they promise to meet certain dates/times to install the door and do not notify you that they will miss the date.

They came out within 24 hours, fixed the other one that was about to break as well and were gone in less than an hour. Quick and easy.

They did a good job. Were courteous, timely, and cleaned up afterword. Door frame side was pushed back and adjustments made so garage door works properly again.

Service was performed very professionally and they did not cut any corners. They took their time to do the job right. Also, Cecil, the owner, very personable and responsive. He was also very helpful in educating us on the product.

They diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me with 2 options. Parts were on the truck. In less than 4 hours from the time I placed my call, I had a new opener installed

Very professional !! 2 Men came on time and clearly knew exactly what they were doing and did a very NEAT PROFESSIONAL installation of the openers that they supplied. They also repaired faulty framework which had been installed by prior inexperienced contractor.

I contacted this company to have my garage door repaired. I left my contact information with the secretary and was advised a repair technician would call me later that day. Two days went by without a call so I contacted the company again and spoke with a male who stated he never received the information and that he would be able to respond that day or the the next. Again both days went by without a phone call. On this date I contacted the company a third time and expressed my frustration and again left my information. I was promised someone would call me....take a guess. I was forced to contact another company (Precision Overhead Door) and was able to schedule an appointment right away.

Provider changed a garage opener that was NOT working at all. They were punctual and very professional. Took the time to explain the steps taken to fix the garage opener and the slight changes that needed to happen.

I called the office number and was told they would probably be out in the afternoon. So I waited all afternoon, I called again around 3 p.m. and was told they were running late. No one ever came, no one from the company ever called me. I wasted an entire day waiting for them.

Service performance was excellent. It took a few calls to get the appointment. I am glad for them they are busy and with the friendly thorough service they provide I can see why.

Work was done well and on time. The service crew was friendly and professional.

Picked this company b/c I like to give my business to locals and b/c they said they could come out the next day. The business owner, who answered the phone, was very nice and patient with my questions -- no hard sell. The two men who did the work were very nice also, went straight about their work, also answered my questions. They were thorough -- removing the metal brackets from the ceiling even -- 'b/c otherwise we don't know how securely the last person put them up'. The greased both doors -- not just the one they were there to fix. And they also noticed the locks on both doors could slip into position and reek havoc ($$$) if I happened to open the door. So they inserted screws to prevent that. They also knew how to program my car to run the opener and took care of that for me. Generally they were clean in their work, but I did have to vacuum the floor when they were done b/c in removing some old wiring stretched across the ceiling, they showered wire tacks on my floor -- a bit hard to see, but they could have ruined my tires. Glad I noticed them before pulling my car in. And the only other comment is that I was told they would be there and quot;first thing in the morning, like 8:45and quot; and they were about 90 minutes late… I had to call to see if they were still coming. Bottom line though -- I'd use them again if I needed garage door service.

We called this morning to ask when they could fix the door. Within 3 hours they were here and the job was complete. You can't get any better response then that! They were very pleasant and professional. We would certainly use they again.

These guys are great. Extremely responsive. I called late in the afternoon and there were able to come out early the next morning. The guy that answers the phone, who I think is the owner, deserves an A+ for being FRIENDLY, which you just about never hear these days from anyone. They are polite, and go about their business very quickly, very efficiently. I also asked the technician on the spot if he could replace the rubber gasket things on the bottom of each door. He had the materials on his truck and replaced them in minutes. The technician even helped me change the batteries in both my keypads. A small business run very well.

The experience was very good. They came exactly when they said they would and were able to get the job done on the first visit.

Took a bit longer than usual as one of doors came in damaged and we had to wait for a replacement. However once that was in they installed quickly and with professionalism. Doors look great, very detailed in explanation of how they worked and how to program. Went off without a hitch. Excellent communication before and during the process.

Louis was the service tech sent by Mr. Burd. He was very dedicated to doing everything to correct the problems of opening and correctly closing our garage doors.this also included replacing the weatherstripping on the bottom of each door.Louis worked expertly and repaired everything with skill and dedication.

I have no complaints on this company. They were great. They were the 3rd company I used and they did the job right.

They replaced a garag door opener. It was a pleasant experience

The two man crew arrived on time and worked quickly and cleanly. They quickly removed old door and existing tracks. They noticed and fixed where the door frame had pulled away from the walls when one of the spring had broken on the old door. They evaluated existing Garage door opener and found it to be reasonably new and not to need replacement. They installed the new door and all the tracks. They hooked up existing garage door opener. They gladly installed a new external keypad I had already purchased They tested and adjusted the whole system to the point where the door operates smoothly and quietly.

Got a call from the owner today, apologizing for missing me in the book from yesterday. Confirmed he would have someone at our home within the hour. Repairman arrived who was punctual, friendly and helpful in explaining the entire repair, Result is I have a garage door that works perfect and is a lot quieter, thanks to the new rollers. Would highly recommend.

A spring on my garage door broke late Thursday night. I called Hunterdon and Warren Overhead Door at 7:30 am on Friday and spoke to a person, not an answering machine. They were here at 10:15am that morning and finished replacing both springs and pulleys by 10:30am. The servicemen (2) were very pleasant.

The overall quality of the repair and the garage door installation is excellent. I certainly would use Hunterdon and Warren Overhead Door again. Highly Recommended.
