Aaron's a good guy. He and his guys did a great job replacing the joists under our kitchen floor. I would definitely hire him in the future.

Mr. Graf came to the house to install a new sump pump. He ended up not only installing the pump but replacing the inside pipes and then having to dig outside in mud to get rid of the tree roots and replace the outside drain. The job went from just installing a pump to digging out pre-existing drain pipes which no longer functioned correctly. He would not leave until it was perfect. Also the cost was extremely reasonable for all the unexpected work he had to do. He also came on short notice in order to make the repairs before a storm came. There was no "extra" charge for this emergency repair. Mr. Graf is a professional with a strong work ethic and takes tremendous pride in his work. He is also punctual and pleasant to deal with.

I had used Aaron for my basement waterproofing last year he did a good job on that on my stairs he did the same. Fair price no hidden fees , honest and cleaned up after. His work is exceptional .I will use again in the future.

Aaron Graf is an expert at waterproofing basements and he did an excellent job on ours. Our basement had always (over 30 years) flooded during big storms, but now it is dry! He was very clear in explaining his plans, very punctual and professional in executing them, and very reasonable in his pricing—no surprises. We highly recommend him.

While Aaron was not able to perform the extensive rebuild we needed because it was beyond his scope, he gave us a ball park number of the expensive for a job this magnitude. He explained how the foundation wall would be repaired/replaced and spent an hour answering all of ur questions. Even though we were not able to hire him for this particular job, we plan on using him for future projects. It was a breath of fresh air to meet a contractor who was responsive, honest, and took the time to meet with us even though he knew no work was coming out of it for his benefit.

Aaron was super helpful and friendly. Explained everything he saw when he came out to look over my foundation (I was selling the house and knew it was going to come up on the inspection report), and was very accommodating with my tight schedule. I had a few cracks in the foundation, some crumbling on a corner, some separating of the patios in both the front and the back of the home. If you looked at it today, you wouldn't be able to tell. He did great work, and quickly. I would definitely call him again for anything I could.

Aaron was professional and honest. He gave me a fair price did not try to oversell and worked with me through the entire process. I had french drains installed and he gave me points and tips to save me money. They came on time cleaned up all their mess and came back promptly after the first heavy rain to fix a corner spot that was leaking. My basement has been dry ever since. He does not try to rip you off and he backs his work, and does not charge for every single thing. I will use him in the future

Knowledgeable , courteous, friendly, small business owner. All around great guy it seems. Appears to be a small issue that a dehumidifier would resolve, since no sign of water intrusion or cracks in concrete. Already have water diverted from garage through underground leaders that are not cracked. We can monitor, but not really an issue.

Aaron was great to work with- no hard sell,he addressed our concerns, and he was very patient was us as we figured out what worked for us. He and his crew showed up when then said they would and got the job done as quickly as possible, for a great price. His guarantee was the best we came across after having 3 or 4 companies give us an estimate. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for this type of work.
