Excellent Job

They were excellent. The windows are so clean that the inside of the house looks considerably brighter!

It didnt go at all and I would NEVER use this company. I called them 2 days to ask for an estimate and have not feceived a return phone call. This is terrible customer service and as far as Im concerned reflects on the type of company this is and would concern me about the service they would provide.

Steve and his crew were professional, quick and thorough and just the nicest guys. They weren't able to finish in one day (windows were pretty dirty!), so they came back on a day convenient for us and finished up. Windows just sparkle now! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Excellent job!

They did an absolutely great job. They knew I was on a timeline and came out on a day they could make it work but it was still cold out . The house is 3200 sft with a 6 foot vinyl fence on an acre property. All I can say is what a great job. Everything looks like new. Extremely hardworking gentlemen and I really appreciate all they did . Even in the sleet they finished all outside work.

Steve did a great job. Prompt, courteous, reasonable cost. The seal broke on one of our windows and they took the time to explain how window cleaning would not be able to fix the issue.

The windows were clean but they did not clean the screens. All of my windows are casement windows and they crank outward. They did not take off the crank handles and bent alot of the screens and nicked up the paint on the handles. They scraped up the wood when they took out the screens.

Steve was prompt, went straight to work, booties on shoes. He and partner were very professional, respectful of our home. And left us very happy customers. Highly recommend.

Steve and his team were wonderful! They arrived on time, went through my house with me as I explained what needed to be done, and immediately got to work. They were very respectful of my home, left it immaculate after they finished, and made sure to replace all window treatments as they completed each window. My windows (despite their 27 year old age) look terrific! I have one window which is badly stained from the screen and lawn sprinklers. Other window washers have told me there is nothing that can be done to clean this window. Steve, however, told me there is a special product which can clean it and he is coming back next week to use it on that window. How many window washers would do that? Steve and his team were very professional, yet friendly and personable. They listened and heard all of my concerns and, truly, did a marvelous job! They are a pleasure and I will most definitely use their service again.

Steve was extremely professional, flexible and considerate. I had another appointment at 30 minutes before scheduled service. I was unable to make it back until an hour after Kelly's start time. They had completed all of the exterior and was pleasant when I did show up. They even took their shoes off when entering the house. All windows were clean and I will definitely use them again!

Steve the owner was on time and took the amount of time he quoted me. Also told me he would not leave until I was happy with the work. Very polite, prompt and very professional as was his helper.

Kelly employees were prompt in arrival and executing cleaning of windows both interior and exterior-very thorough. The employees were very nice, pleasant and hard working. They were done in about 1.5 hours. This is the first time I have had window cleaning done so I am not sure of pricing but it seemed good enough for me! In a townhome and only cost around $100. I can cross this off our household "to do" list thanks to Kelly's! I will look into hiring them once a year because it alleviates aggravation of doing this ourselves!

We got them from Angie's list. They were fine and they did a good job. The staff was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with the price.

Steve Kelly was Great!!!!! Every service provider should be like this guy. Price was great. He was professional, prompt, SO clean! I wish every experience I had with a service provider was like this. Don't look any further for window washing. Use this guy.

6 He answered my call the same day. We were able to come to a mutual agreement on the time of his service. He and his team were pleasant and professional. I requested services that they do not usually provide and it was not a problem. I certainly expect to use them again and told them I would see them again next year. I also expect to call them in the fall to clean my gutters.

This is how business should be conducted! Steve responded to my inquiry promptly, was able to give me a quote over the phone, came over, did the job quickly and neatly and on time as planned. While he was here he provided me with a quote to power wash the house, which we will plan on doing in the future. The only reason I gave a B for pricing is because I have never hired a window washer before so am not really sure what the going rate is. I will use him again. Overall, a great experience!

283Mr. Kelly answered the phone when I called and provided an estimate the same evening. He and his assistant arrive on time and were were very efficient and non-invasive. The quality of their work was excellent. My husband and I were both extremely pleased. We would definitely use them again and again.

Steve called back immediately even though he was on his honeymoon. He came over and gave me an estimate on the spot as soon as he returned. His price was excellent , far far below any other quotes I received - an old three story house such as this is a huge job...he showed up on time with two polite guys and worked for 8 hours straight until the job was done. Great value for the money. Friendly clean cut guy. Highly recommend.
