+ -1 moreI was able to get an appointment within two days and was given a choice of several available times. The technician was very professional and he had the computers connected within 15 minutes. He answered all my questions and gave me information to help troubleshoot any problems.
Description of Work: Laptop computer on the first floor of my home was connected to a desktop computer located on the second floor of my home using Netgear wireless internet connection. The computers use Comcast cable connection.
