+ -1 moreThe experience was positive and we would do it again. There is a base charge of (approximately) $100 for the visit. Even if the unit is not actually malfunctioning, if you are not knowledgeable in heating and air conditioning, the price is worth it. At our request, Steve gave us an informal lesson on how to maintain the working unit. He showed us how to replace the filter and locate duct switches (which I didn't know existed). He basically taught us how to fish rather than giving us a fish, and it was easy. Thus, we'll save money in the future.
Description of Work: Steve visited us in order to maximize central air functioning, as temperatures in different zones of the house were very uneven.

The workers were polite and helpful as far as making field adjustments regarding placement of the blower in respect to available attic space, and placement of diffusers in relation to light fixtures, smoke detectors, shower doors, etc. It was a pleasure doing business with them and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
Description of Work: Installation of a heating and cooling system serving the 2nd floor of a residence. The space included 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room.
