United Hardscape & Concrete LLC

I had faith in Mr Zia Cazimoski owner of United Hardscape & Concrete from our first encounter (redoing front steps 1 year prior). We hired him for multiple jobs. When 2/3 of the way through having most of the money, he again asked my husband for final payment saying he needed money. My husband wrote the final check now regretting his kindness to Zia who was claiming poverty. The next day of work after the final full payment, Mr Zia Cazimoski of United Hardscape & Concrete never showed up again EVER! We called and called, no answer. We texted, no answer. Then finally a text when we said we would be taking legal action, claiming that he was in a car accident, on Medicaid so he couldn't collect unemployment but would be back to work July 13th, almost 6 weeks later. That never occurred. It is now August 15, his phone was shut off this week. So we sit with final floor grout not finished, kitchen backsplash never done at all (we bought the tile), kitchen tile floor never fixed (2 cracked tiles he offered to fix) and the new grout and sealer never done. The fireplace was re-stoned, that was it that is complete. The floor still needs much finishing. Our walkway out front he never ordered the sand for and there is nothing holding the stones together. Zia appeared to be a nice man. He is not nice, he stole from the home as well, tool and medication. Our plans are to either have our attorney file this coming week or go to Small Claims Court which only covers up to $3000 only so we can hire someone else to complete the job. We are also considering criminal charges for theft. There was NO ONE here but him and sometimes his father and a tiler "friend" of his for 2 to 3 days. He did 1 job for us a year before, all went fine but another General Contractor was involved with the job. We found him doing work across the street that was coming out nicely. I highly recommend you DO NOT use this man or company. If you Google him on Facebook, there are two people saying not to use him. One is us, the other is someone we are trying to contact. Disappointment in a man who knew I was ill, who we trusted working alone in the home with us a Dr. appointments and having one good experience prior we were SHOCKED by what he pulled on us, collecting ALL monies for all of the work but not completing a large part of it.

he was supposed to fix our back yard including installing a fence, paving the backyard with blue stone, and building a bbq kitchen. instead - he took $31,000 of our money, put up the fence and stained it poorly, put in a couple of pieces of blue stone and then stopped communication with us. Our backyard is an empty pit. The remaining materials were never ordered though he said he did. He stole our money. DO NOT HIRE ZIA COZIMOSKI. I have reported him to the better business bureau and am filing a law suit.

They are awful. I was communication with Zia Cazimoski. They did not buy any materials they were supposed to, they did all the work incorrectly, it now has to be redone. They took my money and never turned back. They did a terrible job.
