Top Pros did an excellent job. I originally wanted to repair my deck, but decided on replacing it after they explained the existing issues and the benefits of replacement. They also suggested a new layout which created more usable space on the same footprint. They were professional, responsive, and took pride in their work. The project was completed quickly and the finished product looks great. I would gladly work with them on future projects.

Overall, Top Pros construction was the best choice for redoing my entire deck. I was taken step by step of the entire process from beginning to end. Top Pros took on a job that few others would even consider and knocked it out of the park! We had a very poorly constructed 2-tier deck which needed very careful handling to reinforce and bring up to code. Erjon (Eric) and his crew expertly and meticulously lifted, leveled, fortified, and rebuilt as needed to turn our nightmare into a sanctuary! Finished off with beautiful composite decking and cable railing, the deck has been transformed from a constant stress to pure relaxation! I highly recommend Top Pros!

He has diagnosed the problem accurately and gave me an honest opinion about the work need to be performed for a long lasting solution instead of patch up work that might need to be repeated again and again. High quality and best service. Eric is the owner of the company. He is very professional and do whatever takes to make customer happy. Keeps communicating with me very closely, and recommending what is the best way for you. My deck and balcony jobs have completed perfectly with a lot of extra work which was not included in the contract, but he did them all no extra charge. Whenever I told him some areas I didnâ t like, he would admit and took apart to fix them right until you are happy. Thank you so much Eric, youâ re the best.

Did great work and completed on time. Very attentive to detail and was quick to answer my questions or concerns. He was quick to say if I have any issues call him right away. He was not the cheapest but went with him and happy I did. The old saying you get what you pay for is true. Cleaned up afterwards and even had his guys help me move some lawn furniture. Would highly recommend.
