Abrahamn fixed our problem of a squeaky fridge door quickly. This is after two other companies had come out and failed to fix it. I will definitely use these guys again if I have the need.

Justin came on time, gave a 10 min call before he came both times, which was perfect. was clean in the work space, respectful, and really did his best to do what was needed to get my freezer up and running.

Justin from Techline Appliance was very responsive, courteous, and professional. He understood the problem, preordered the parts, and notified us when he would be able to fix the issue after he received the part.

The technician Justin arrived promptly and determined the crack in the interior frame required GE to address it directly. Justin called them while at my home, explained the issue to them and secured a case # from them so I could get them to resolve the problem. Justin also was able to install a replacement filter for my refrigerator water dispenser while on this service appointment. I was very pleased with Justin and Techline Appliance repair

After finally getting through to Electrolux to have warranty work completed; we were put in contact with Tech Line. Day one, technician, Justin, showed up well outside of arrival window provided. I took off of work to be home. Once all of the parts were ordered and had arrived at our home we were instructed to contact them to schedule the technician to come. Appointment was made and NO SHOW. Again, I had taken off to be home. After leaving several messages we were able to to reschedule. The technician, AGAIN, showed up well outside of the time window provided. I, again, had to take off of work to be home. Contact was made with the Supervisor, Abraham, who seemed like he cared and told us that we would be the technicians first stop on the re-scheduled date and that he would be at our house at 9am. No window. He would simply be here at 9am. The technician then shows up at 10 and I am, for the fourth time, losing money because I had to take off of work. The technician gets here and tells me that I should’ve opened the box to make sure the door that was delivered to my home isn’t damaged because that’s a common issue (would’ve been nice if they told me that before we scheduled them to come). Well, what do you know, the door has a huge dent on it. So now we have to order another door and reschedule the technician to come out. Icing on the cake is that I am now responsible for discarding the broken door.

SOMEONE DROPPED THE BALL. I WAS TOLD SOMEONE ORDERED THE WRONG PART. YEAH OK, LETS SEE HOW LONG THIS WILL TAKE TO REPAIR.

Abrahamn was wonderful! Extremely responsive and patient during the scheduling process, and very efficient and knowledgeable when it came to solving the issue. It was also so nice of him to tell us that our washer could actually last another 10 years, given that we fixed the current issue! We appreciate his warranty so we can call him back on this job if needed, but will definitely hire him again!

I can only give the highest praise to Abraham and his team. Very professional, extremely courteous and helpful and really knowledgeable. It’s a shame my appliance is defective and I need to wait for a repair/replacement but I will definitely hire him again to install appliances in my home. And if I get this appliance replaced I will surely hire him to work on installing it.
