Of the three contractors I contacted for this job, Martin was the first to respond. He spent the most time explaining what the job would entail, and was the most up front about possible issues, and the only one to propose a solution that would be acceptable to me. Once chosen for the job, he arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, and completed the work quickly quickly and well. I was completely satisfied and would gladly recommend him to anyone.

Martin did a great job for the best price and he did it in a timely manner. He even cleaned my dryer vent while he was fixing my siding and climbed up on my roof and fixed a loose piece of flashing he noticed while he was working. He is very conscientious. Would definitely hire him again.

Went to great lengths to match the shingles on this 3 skylight replacements. Used quality skylights (Velux) and did a good job with the interior moldings. Price was slightly better than others.

Very thorough and clean job, he replaced our siding and I will definitely hire again. Worth the money.

Martin came right away out to my home and gave me an estimate to replace my damaged window and siding. He then came two days later on a Sunday and did the work. It was not an easy job as the replacement window was slightly larger and he had to modify the framing. I'm happy with the new window and siding!

This was an awesome experience. The contractor is skilled and professional. I hired him for a specific need but he went above and beyond. His keen eye was able to identify what the original inspector missed. In addition, as he worked I began adding on jobs in 'Honey Do' List form. The contractor was unphased and continued to perform high quality work including making a Home Depot run to purchase needed supplies for the additional tasks. The bonus...the estimate did not skyrocket to an unreasonable amount and remained proportionate for the tasks mostly just requiring an update for the additional raw materials required. The original price quote was more than fair and the quality of work is excellent. All areas of work were left cleaned and free of debris. I highly recommend this contractor.

Martin responded immediately and came by the same day to check out what was needed. It was a small job but Martin came back the next day and made the repairs quickly and the finished product looked great.

DEFINITELY recommend Martin! Martin came right away, explained clearly how he would address each issue (we had 4 different areas of concern), and gave a fair price. (We gathered numerous quotes before deciding on Martin). He returned the day after we hired him, checked in with me to make sure he had listed each issue, and got right to work. When we did the walk-around to check his work after, he mentioned little areas that he tightened siding, etc because he noticed things were becoming loose. He did NOT charge any extra for this. He just wanted to leave things in a good state overall.
