This company does things the way they should be done. They showed up when they said they would, they listened to our wants, provided material samples and saw us through the process from permit to completion. They were always available by phone, doubled checked with us on everything from orders to days dumpster arrival. Everyone was pleasant and respectful and extremely competent.. We were so pleased we are having them replace our roof as well. Customers would be fortunate to get their projects planned and completed by this company. SB general contributions did excellent job on replacing our old deck and help putting new composite deck. All family members workers were very professional , hardworking and respectful. Sokol (owner) was very soft spoken, respectful and responsive. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Sokol was.l very responsive throughout the entire process of bidding on, working up the contract and advancing the deck project even when I was out of the country for a few weeks. We planned on a resurfacing of the deck, but when the boards were removed it was obvious that the joists needed to be replaced. Sokol sent detailed photos and gave me the options how to proceed. I was very comfortable with what needed to be done and I felt that his quote was fair so we proceeded to replace the entire structure. The work turned out very clean and we are very pleased with the job. I would recommend SB General Construction as I plan to use them again for future projects.

We hired them for replacing our old second floor balcony. The work was beautifully done as scheduled. Sokol was really nice, knowledgable, and punctual. We will definitely hire them again for our next exterior project. If we could, we would love to give them 10 stars!

We were intending to use a friend in the construction business to replace an old wooden deck with a new Trex type. His price shocked us so much we were going to table the project. Discouraged, We called Sokol and a few other companies from Angieâ s list. Sokol came out THAT DAY and gave a price ON THE SPOT! It was substantially lower than our FRIENDS! we chose Sokol. He ordered the materials quickly, provided suggestions, put our mind at ease, started soon after and finished in 3 DAYS! His staff started early every day and worked quickly. Our new deck is absolutely beautiful . This company is fantastic. Thank goodness our Friend was way overpriced!

Communication was excellent. They arrived when they said they would. Estimated a week to complete the deck replacement. The crew Worked through the weekend to complete the project within 5 days. Cleaned up all the debris. And had the dumpster picked up timely. I I would and already have recommended them to others.

Came out same day to review the job and provided a quote before they left. Work started within a week and was done in 2 days.
