I found Diego thru a friend who was amazed with his work and knowledge. He showed up to give me an estimate less than 2 hours after we spoke. Today my heat and a.c. were completely replaced in less than 3 hours. The job came out great. They really paid attention to all the details and even put up with me looking over their shoulders, asking questions and trying to learn! Professionals. Diego and his assistant...….Very impressive!!!!!!

I purchased a deal in the middle of the night last night and Diego sent me a text at 7:30am this morning. I called and he was here by 12:30pm. He was very honest and professional. In the process of snaking thru the tub, the pvc piping fell off because the people before us did not use plumbers sealant. He sealed it at no extra cost. He was very particular to leave the bathroom and hallway as clean as it was when he arrived. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely hire him again and highly recommend his company.

Diego was very professional and punctual. Diego was able to respond to my house in Jersey City to assess the problem I was having with my unit the same day. In addition Diego was available and willing to return the following day with the proper materials to address the issue he discovered with my HVAC unit. Since Diego was able to service my HVAC unit I have not had a single problem and the HVAC unit has been running flawlessly. Diego was very polite, honest , and professional! I could not ask for better service and would recomend Diego to anyone who is having any issues with their HVAC units.

Diego called me back right away and stopped by to take a look the next day, and did the job the following Monday. His crew replaced the cooling coil in the air handler, which had become clogged due to a previous contractor (the installer) telling me there was an internal filter while a renovation went on (there was no filter, he lied). Drain pan was cracked too so it also got replaced. Runs great now! A bit pricey for the job but he was able to turn it around quickly and that had value to me. I also got him to throw in the replacement of some damaged flex duct work.

My compressor completely broke down. Called Diego as well as a couple of other companies to come out and take a look. I felt more confident with Diego vs the others. I could tell he knows his stuff and the installation on these is just as or more important than the brand. Diego also came out twice and didn't charge to take a look or make any diagnoses. So far so good, we've got a nice, cool house and a much better compressor than before.

Diego was punctual and was at my place within 1.5 hrs from the time I called him. His price was very competitive, so we shook hands and within 1/2 hr the job was complete.

With Diego things always go great. He is always responsive and dependable. I really recommend him and have, often!

One of my AC units was not working. Promen came the same day I called, found the issue (capacitor) within 5 minutes and quickly made the repair/replacement. While he was there, I asked if he would inspect the other AC unit and check the system in the attic. He did. He suggested a couple of changes to improve air distribution and provided a quote for that work the next day. I decided against those changes. You should know, he does not accept credit cards and there are no warranties on the parts so if it fails the next day, you're out of luck. Not sure if this is a common practice with HVAC parts.

I rent in an apartment complex in Hudson country. I wasn't sure when the unit was last serviced so I decided to call Promen. Two days later he came and checked on the unit and all well. I liked Diego so much I recommended him to my parents already!

Diego was efficient and professional. He gave the best price. He responded and was able to replace the boiler within 24 hours. We encountered was issued after installation was complete. However, he responded accordingly and issue was resolved.

Diego was most responsive & communicative about scheduling & arrival time. He explained what needed to be done & how much it would cost before starting the work. He worked efficiently, identified the cause & fixed the problem. My toilet is in much better condition thanks to Diego. & I can't argue with the 1 month guarantee: he stands by the quality of his work!

Had a small leak out of back of boiler faucet. Owner of company should up and explained to me that I had two options and very honest with me that one was free. He fixed the issue for no charge. Other companies wanted $125 just to show up.

Diego is the owner, he is pleasant and punctual. He took less than 20 mins and unclogged the bathroom sink and help unclog the bathtub. Now everything is draining well again. Will definitely use him again. Just recommended him to my sister as well who has some plumbing issues. Glad I chose Diego.

So far so good but I love that he guarantees his work for 30 days.

As the area was dealing with an artic blast, I discovered that a leak had developed in a pipe that circulated hot water throughout my home. To complicate matters, the leak was located within a wall that was not easily accessible. The leak spilled water onto my basement floor and triggered the furnace to shut down as a safety measure, since the pressure was not sufficient to circulate the hot water. I turned to Angie's List to research plumbers in my area who could help me. The cold weather outside made it particularly important to have heat restored and I was worried that I would not find someone very quickly since many people were likely facing similar issues with the artic blast. I narrowed my choices to 4 and PROMEN HVAC was the first call I made. The owner, Diego, answered and asked me to take some pics of the area and text them to him. He then offered to stop by within an hour or so since he had another job scheduled in a neighboring town. I took the pics and texted him and he showed up within an hour, as promised. He looked at the issue and offered to fix it first thing the next day. He quoted a price and I agreed. He and one of his co-workers showed up early the next day as promised. As they got ready to fix the issue, they discovered that the leak originated in a different place than what Diego initially thought. They assessed the situation and worked on a plan to fix the leak. They had to make a quick shopping trip to a local supplier to get the necessary pipe length. Bottom line - although the job was more difficult than originally thought, Diego and his co-worker fixed the issue within 3 hours, start to finish. They were professional and understood the need to restore heat quickly, as I could actually see my breath inside my house when they first arrived. Additionally, Diego honored the original price quote that he had given me, despite the more complex nature of the problem. Nowadays, I have found it increasingly rare to find businesses that don't try to add to the cost of these types of jobs. Money is tight for me right now, so I sincerely appreciated that Diego did not charge more than his original quote. I hope I don't have a heating problem anytime soon, but I would not hesitate to call on PROMEN (and Diego) again if I did. They were responsive and they did a great job. As the artic blast continued, my two dogs and I were VERY thankful to have heat again! Thank you, Diego!

My initial thoughts of my heating system not working during a busy holiday weekend were not good. I honestly didn't think I would be able to find anyone to come and take a look at my unit until next week. I called Diego of Promen this morning after reading some amazing reviews and within 2 hours he was at my house. Realizing what the issue might be with little time to waste, he was able to order the part that I needed replaced and came back to install it all in under 3 hours. He also gave me a little background information on my heating and filtration system and showed me how to keep the unit clean and safe (bought the home 2.5 years ago and previous owners didn't upkeep with anything). Diego was very professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and most of all, honest. My husband and I are very pleased with the price he charged for the replaced part and labor. Will be using his services again in the near future for planned home improvements and would recommend him to anyone (and this is coming from a person that never writes reviews or makes recommendations). And you can't beat getting a guy who is working on a Christmas weekend and willing to make the trip! Thanks, Diego!

It can be difficult to find a reliable and fair HVAC contractor, particularly in Hoboken with it's density and parking issues. Diego and team did an excellent job at a very fair price. In fact, we waited for two days for other no show vendors. I have dealt with many different HVAC companies and can tell you Diego will always get it right. Don't hesitate to hire his team.
