I requested quote on angieslist.com and received a call from Diego minutes later and he arrived within a half hour. He was friendly and professional. He replaced the broken part on my central AC unit and checked other areas that I had concerns and had my AC back up and running in no time. Costs were reasonable and would hire again

Excellent. In the midst of the COVID virus, Diego was quick to respond to my emergency request and at my house within 30 minutes. He explained everything he needed to do, provided quote, and proceeded to do the work in a professional and efficient manner. He cleaned up my bathroom floor and shower stall and left it spotless. We had another company send over guy who claimed that we needed to replace the entire pipe system in out kitchen for a lofty $2800 so we called in Diego to take a second look and within 10-15 min everything was working perfectly again. Diego had a great and honest attitude and was a real pleasure to have in our home. I would hire him again in a heart beat.

Diego just finished up a central ac unit repair for us and did an amazing job! It wasn't just the work that I appreciate. Here are a few things Diego did to make me feel like a valued customer...1. During the consultation, Diego patiently made sure I understood the situation and what my options were. 2. Our AC system is old and he texted me often to let me know the status of buying the necessary parts. 3. Despite having an already busy day, Diego still came and worked until the late evening because he promised us a timely fix. 4. Diego and his assistant made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Lastly, they were very polite and considerate.

Diego was very responsive and sounded nice over the phone. But he charged me for doing nothing. He couldn't fix any issues with my units and only wasted my time and money. He shouldn't have charged me if he knew that he wouldn't figure out what to do with the them. He didn't even look at all the units in my place. He only looked at one for a few minutes and couldn't do at all. He charged me for his trip and "advised" to hire someone referred by neighbors.

I had a great experience. Diego and his technicians were punctual, professional, and neat. No surprises. Diego was very responsive via phone and text. He followed up with me a day after the installation to see how the newly installed ac was functioning and if I had any questions.

It went even better than I expected. Their work was very neat and completed faster than I anticipated. Diego was very personable and explained everything clearly. He shows great pride in his work. Working with Diego was excellent and he provided very prompt service and solved our problems quickly and effectively. We realized that our air conditioning wasn't working late Monday evening and Diego helped diagnose the problem over the phone and gave instructions on what to do. He came early the next day and was able to resolve the issue with the vent in addition to servicing our two air conditioning units with cleaning and refrigerant. We appreciate his honest approach, fair price and quick work and we will definitely contact him for HVAC issues in the future!

Called Promen Plumbing on Monday. Diego visited me on a snowy Tuesday morning. After digesting the problem, he made a recommendation, and quoted a fair price. I purchased the mentioned replacement part from a local plumbing supply store, and was to have the work done the following day. On Wednesday morning (today), Diego and Sam arrived to replace a leaky radiator convector valve in an old steam heating unit. The challenge here involved the removal of the large recessed radiator unit, while working with minimum wall space. After an hour plus of grunt work and technical skill, the job was done. Both men took care to ensure that the work was successful, and answered my questions along the way... It is often the quality of the smaller jobs that can predict the success of the larger ones. Having seen them in action, I would strongly recommend them for any type of job. Well done, gentlemen!

It went well and passed inspection.

Diego checked the unit and asked when I last changed the filter and removed the non disposable one from the unit. He continued checking the unit and said it was working fine. He explained the non disposable filter may be preventing the unit from intaking air and suggested I use disposable replacement filters from now on. I was left feeling at ease knowing it was not major problem. I found Diego was very honest and will definitely call on him again to maintain the unit.

I would hire Diego again for any of my plumbing needs. He was prompt, assessed the issue and took the appropriate actions to correct the problem. He didn't rush and made sure everything was neat and tidy before he left. His pricing was in line with other plumbers but what I think sets him apart was his excellent customer service. If I could give an A+ rating I would.

The service tech was punctual and professional. He provided an assessment of our heating system which lead to us discovering that the previous technician did not complete the work properly. My husband and I truly appreciated the invaluable experience of Promen. Cost for the assessment was $175.

Diego and his crew were very professional and responsive. While installing, they found that one of the parts wasn't working (not their fault at all). They tried to exchange it on a Saturday, but the store was closed and they came back Monday morning to finish the job. Another small issue came up when the zones were reversed, and Diego was very responsive and came the next day to fix it. I would definitely hire them again.

I highly recommend Promen and will work with them in the future! We called Promen because a large steam pipe in our basement broke. Without the pipe, we could not get heat in our home. I found Promen on Angieslist and called. Diego happened to be in the area and came over 15 mins later. He was professional and gave us a fair estimate (I know it was fair because we received two prior estimates from other companies). Understanding the urgency of the repair, he squeezed us into his first available appointment. When he arrived to do the repair, he was punctual, courteous, and responsive. We weren’t home when he did the repair, but later that evening he contacted us to see how we liked the new pipe. The pipe works, and looks, great! We’ve had our share of bad contractors and handymen. Hands down we would use Promen in the future; Diego’s number is saved in my phone!

Excellent, arrived when promised. Turned out to be a label that most likely fell off inside and was stuck to the fan. Removed label, all is good. Very honest.
