Very happy with the work performed. Diego is very nice, professional, and courteous. He immediately responded to my quote and come an hour later. There's a clog in my sewer line and he cleaned it up. He also clean up my bathroom sink. Very recommended service.

I had a gas pipe to dryer that needed to replace. I'm happy with Diego's service. He quoted the price fast and I was surprised he was able to replaced the pipe for me in the same time. He was ready with equipment and materials. He helped me to check all the gas appliances to make sure they function properly after work.

My dad in NJ had a slow leak near the dryer. PSE&G came and shut off the line, and also told him that the gas line was also not up to code. I live in CT. Through Angie's List, I found Diego's service. He was very courteous and responsive. He worked with me over the phone and texted before-/after-repair pictures to me to ensure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. The price is very reasonable. Quality work, very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I am thankful for his timely service.

GREAT experience! Diego replied to my request via phone call within minutes of my post. He understood my needs & gave me a quote I was happy with. Good communication - he called he was delayed at another job, but still arrived with hardly a delay. He clearly explained what he was going to do and got it done quickly & thoroughly. He also took the time to answer random heating questions I had that had nothing to do with the job. He provided a written & emailed receipt, and also accepted a credit card. Day after Christmas, 2 days after major storm. The main drain backed up and I was unable to clear. Called around and finally found Promen. Diego answered and was here within 30 minutes. Everyone else was next day even with my emergency. Diego came, diagnosed and cleared the pipe within minutes. They were half the price of everyone else and here WITHIN 30 minutes!!!! A+++++!!!! Wonderful. Though we ran into issues with the stove itself, missing pieces and the manufacturer, Diego was relentless in his aim to make this work before Thanksgiving so we could have working fireplace. I've never worked with a more diligent contractor! Hire him!

Fast and friendly, Diego and his crew came and replaced my Mother's boiler/furnace. I emailed him on Friday, he came Saturday to check the job and give an estimate. He came back on Sunday, replaced it, and waited for us (exchanging a check for cash) to go to the bank on Monday! Fast! Fast! Fast! Now the house is warm, warm, warm! I would recommend Promen and Diego to everyone.

Diego showed up within 30 minutes of my call - looked at the unit and fixed it by resetting a safety sensor. He then showed my the troubleshooting guide on the inside of the unit and said - next time you might not have to pay me to come and fix it. Teaching me how to fish, if you will. He is now our go to guy for all 5 of our commercial buildings. Highly recommended!

Installed 8-24-20 - Diego recently installed a new gas furnace with central a/c to replace an old oil system. He and his technicians are very accommodating and straight forward. He took care of everything exactly when he said he would. The entire job only took a day and he made sure all of the inspections and permits with the town were taken care of. I always prefer working directly with the owner and Diego was a great example of why, I have no issues recommending him and his team.

Diego did a great job! He responded right away, showed up the same day, had everything he needed on-hand to conduct the repair, and charged us less than other quotes we received. He also made some recommendations on our existing system and had our budget in mind. He showed a genuine concern for our well-being, both physically and financially. When the time comes to replace our HVAC system, I'm calling Diego back!

Diego was amazing! He called me immediately after I requested a quote and was able to come within the hour of speaking with him! He went above an beyond the scope of work expected from a plumber. Our kitchen sink was clogged due to our old garbage disposal, he gave us the corresponding info I need to relay to our landlord but even went as far as repairing it to be useable til our landlord is able to replace it. Would definitely recommend him!

Diego is AMAZING! It is really hard to find someone who is as knowledgeable and honest as he is.
