Everything went well. I thought the drain was clogged, but it wasn't.

Diego and his assistant were punctual, professional, neat and thorough. Very quickly it was evident they are very knowledgeable about furnaces and HVAC systems. They corrected a few small issues and then spent the time showing me how the new system worked. I highly recommend this company.

Diego of PROMEN HVAC Inc did a great job servicing our gas boiler. He took the time to explain each step as he disconnected, cleaned, and replaced each part. We were very impressed with Diego's determination to remove the boiler's rusty spigot. I must say that we now have a better understanding of how the furnace works and the importance of regular maintenance. Highly recommended!

Diego did excellent work originally installing our garbage disposal system. I again called Diego to install the whole house humidifier system and he did a great job with that as well. He was a pro during both visits and personally a very nice guy to deal with. He found the time to come over during the week when I was free and did the work. He not only installed what I needed but also found an existing issue and resolved that as well (much appreciated). I would highly recommend Diego to anyone who needs work done right the first time. We initially got a price from another contractor in the area, but it seemed high. We called Diego, and he said he could do it for a little over HALF the price we were quoted. He was as good as his word, and his work was great. Very responsive -- and he even came back to fix an unrelated issue with the condenser (blown fuse) for free a few days after the installation. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

Diego did excellent work. I've hired a few plumbers over the years, and none were as punctual and professional as him. Being that I have tenants living in the unit that was serviced, this is very important to me. I wasn't even present and Diego maintained great communication, and at the end, the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

They completed it in a timely fashion and got the city inspection done when they needed to. It all went smoothly. He ended up needed to reschedule because of the city messing up dates but he was in touch with me through all of that. He was super kind and genuine.

The condenser is not working. He arrived on time and did a free diagnose. But he could not go deeper to fix the condenser issue. In stead he said the whole system needs to replaced because the condenser is too old., which will cost around $7000. I asked another company to do a diagnose. They were able to fix the condenser by replacing the "run capacitor", which only costed $285.

Initial call was made early Thursday evening and it was returned within an hour. Arranged an appointment for 2:30 (he called cause he was available earlier) the next day to look at unit and provide an estimate. Based on our discussion, an estimate was provided, which seemed reasonable, and I was given an approximate time window for Saturday. By the way, when he stopped by to evaluate the situation, it was a very cool day and he thought it would be better to perform the service when it was going to be hotter and unit would be under greater stress. Saturday came and he arrived within the agreed on time window. Once there, he started by removing the outer frame of the unit and showed me what was one of the main reasons for the problem. The coils needed cleaning. He performed the cleaning. Then checked the freon level (which was down and needed charging). Last, he checked the air temperature at the vents through out the house. In summary, the AC is operating as it should and I was very please with the service Diego provided. I would use Diego again. Also, I'm very curious about repairs etc. and ask many questions. He did not mind at all.

The work itself took a little over 5 hours for Diego and his helper. At every turn, I came to appreciate Diego's great attention to detail. For example, he carefully explained why the approved, current refrigerant is incompatible with older systems like the one I had. Moreover, when installing the new unit, he customized the location on the unit for the air-flow intake; making the filter more easily accessible when it needs to be changed. A very nice touch. He will return soon to add insulation to the blower compressor outside. Overall very pleased with a new system that will provide a comfortable environment here at home for many years to come.

I called Diego for a tune up to my HVAC unit after purchasing a new apartment. He came out on time and showed me what he was looking at and provided a run-down of the system health. I felt like I was charged appropriately and Diego was very polite every step of the way. I'll continue to use him for semi-annual tune-ups and any major HVAC work that I need going forward.

Diego initially came to consult on why our upstairs AC system wasn't working. He quickly saw that it was working but with the vast amount of windows, he recommended a split system. Although it took me two weeks to get the split system approved through account, Diego remembered the building and was super fast to come back and install the split system. Diego arrived promptly and finished installing our split system in one day even though it started to pour outside. He also came back in to fix the frozen second system and again arrived very promptly. His prices were very competitive and he definitely knows his stuff. In constructing the office, we've worked with other HVAC/AC companies and was very unsatisfied but Diego definitely blew the competition out of the water.

Excellent experience with a professional service company. Diego found that I did not have the problem that I was concerned about. He did recommend maintenance service that had not been done in the 9 years since the system was installed - I didn't know better. It made for much more effective and more efficient cooling in today's 90 degree weather. When I originally called, I got an appointment for 2 days later. He came at the time of day when he said he would, calling before he arrived. I am grateful to the previous reviewers for helping me make a good choice.

Perhaps most importantly, Diego is extremely nice to work with - one of the most consistently courteous and professional service providers I've encountered. His price was good (we had two other quotes) and he was responsive. He completed the work as described, cleaned up completely, and also took full responsibility for minor damage to our basement storm door. I feel very confident doing business with him because of his integrity and his pride in his work.

If you are tired of dealing with HVAC companies who send out unqualified technicians or salesmen pushing a system replacement let me save you some time. Call Diego and avoid the hassle and headaches. He cleaned the interior and exterior for several units in our condo complex for a great price. Diego was responsive, punctual, and thorough. He took the time to share his knowledge on my system. He did not push unnecessary repairs and we will certainly be using PROMEN for our future HVAC needs.

I called Diego on Thursday and he was at my home the next morning, 30 minutes earlier than expected. Now that's a quick response time. He did the A/C tune up work well and I have no complaints. Would recommend.

Called Promen at 8:00 AM to provide an inspection of my two 17 year old Air Conditioning units and asked for him to inspect them at his leisure. Diego stated that he will be in the area today ... he stated that he can arrive between 10 to 10:30 AM. Diego called to see if he can come early and would arrive around 9:30 AM if that was acceptable to me. I stated that it was okay. Diego survey the entire cooling area in the house , checked all the Air Conditioning Vents for the proper temperature, reviewed both units outside the house, went into the attic to check the drain pan and the air handler units and lastly checked both filters. Diego stated the system was working properly and there was no need to provide any additional work on this system. Diego stated that there was no charge for this service and that he was happy to provide the inspection for free.

He cancelled the appointment and rescheduled for a day I could not be there. Then he didnt bring the address with him and ended up in the wrong town. Then he arrives at 2:30pm and decides it's too cold at 55 degrees to properly maintenance the units and do the job. Very annoying.
