+ -1 moreDiego was experienced and knew right away on how to locate tiny whole in the pipes despite the complex web of multiple pipes cris crossing. Not only he found the tiny whole without tearing up entire ceiling but given the access to problematic joint and installing a new one which was very difficult job but he figured it out. He completed entire job within an hour.
Description of Work: There was a tiny hole due to wear and tear in one of the pipes under the shower tub on top floor and above the basement ceiling. The tiny drip was leaking through the ceiling overnight. I called multiple providers in the area but most were not available till Thursday. When I called Diego he promptly responded and arrived within 20 minutes. He cut the section of ceiling to find the leak and cut off the problematic joint. He customized and attached a new joint and stopped the water leak.

Description of Work: They installed a mud pocket kit and explained how it worked. Several weeks later I had question on the burner and left a message for them at about eleven at night. They called back at seven in the morning, stopped by and demonstrated to me again how to monitor the water level. It's great to have such experienced and dependable plumbers.

+ 0 moreHe mentioned that there was something that needed to be replaced. This man who had worked for me would come in I would call and I say, "I need you to turn the burner on". He would come in and do it and leave. We went with them I think it was the fact that they mentioned in their advertisement that they always answer the phone. Then, I'm talking to somebody who knows what I'm talking about. They came when they said they were going to be here. They worked very well. They mentioned this one item would be better if it was replaced. I told them to give me a call in a couple of weeks to have them come in and do that.
Description of Work: I had someone here the other day whose card mentions that he is on Angie's List. It's PROMEN Plumbing. They were here this past week.
