I chose Mandi to replace the floor and railings of my 2nd floor deck. He went over every aspect of the job with me before starting and provided a very fair estimate. Mandi even painted the exposed support posts and beam to match the color of the Trex. We will be using MGC for future work.

They were one of the first companies to respond to my request. They offered their services at a fair price. They fully met my expectations with the repair job they did on our front porch. We will be using them for power washing in a few weeks.

We did an extensive search through Home Advisor for a company to rebuild our 23 year old deck. Mandi was the first to respond and had after carefully listening to our needs and wants, the best design and best customer reviews. Their projected price was the the final selling point. We trusted their pricing because they did an in depth analysis of what we had and determined that the sub structure would NOT need demolition and replacement because it was made with quality pressure treated wood and it was in good shape. Several other contractors insisted (without really examining the sub structure) that we would need a full rebuild at a price that was more than double the price Mandi offered. Plus, one contractor offered a price using an inferior decking product that was triple Mandi's design. When we agreed to their design, the demolition started on right on schedule. The work was neat, and respected the landscaping and plants. The crew worked three days as stated in the contract and the job was completed on time, the demolition debris removed, the grounds swept clean and the deck was cleaned and washed! My wife described the results as "amazing" - believe me, she is very critical and hard to impress. I have to agree, the job exceeded all expectations. How good is this company? We already have hired Mandi to do three more projects that our house need doing and I already know the work will be done professionally. I highly recommend this family-owned company. Mandi was very professional, answered right away, came over the following day for a quote, started and finished the work in 3 work days (Friday, Monday, Tuesday). Price was reasonable and gave good advice. We hired Mandi to replace some rotten boards in an old deck, sand it down so it would be smooth for painting, and repainting. The only qualm I would say I have is that in the boards that were replaced, where the screws were inserted, the raised wood created by that were not sanded down after on the surface, so it is rough to the touch(enough to scrape someone) on one piece of arm railing and some on the floorboards. Given that we were not redoing the entire deck and refurbishing an old one, I would say the work was up to par. Overall very professional, very responsive, gave appropriate contract with appropriate marking off of each payment with initials as they were given.

When I tell you the professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work is off the charts, you don’t need to look at further. Mandi came in and laid concrete in two hours, and built new stairs for my deck in under 4 hours, TO PERFECTION! I can’t recommend Mandi enough for your needs. I plan on hiring them back to do so much more work in the next few weeks! Don’t think about it, just hire them! Extremely fair pricing, courteous nature and just simply the best!

Mandi helped us resurface our deck with composite boards and rebuild a staircase with proper footing. Mandi did a good job overall and followed up to ensure he met our expectations with the project. We would recommend him to our neighbors.

We needed extra support for our deck. Mandi did a good job of adding 5 concrete columns and installing beams and posts. Very friendly to work with. Kept to schedule.
