Jesse, the owner came, inspected the tree and gave the quote right there and then. He also emailed the quote. Since the price was competitive, I gave him the job. He came with his guys, performed the work in 2-3 hours and cleaned after themselves. Very satisfied with their work and will employ their services again.

Jesse and his team are quick, clean, and professional. I branch broke off during a storm and was in danger of falling into the neighbor’s yard. The Luna team came out for an estimate on the same day, gave us a fair quote, and were able to schedule us the very next day. The team showed up completely prepared, they did quick work without harming the tree or anyone’s fences or yard. They left our yard cleaner than how they found. For reference, the had to climb over 50 feet on a very precarious tree to get this done. I would highly recommend them!

Contracted Jesse for the job. He was supposed to show up in the afternoon. He texted the time he was supposed to show up to say he was running late and would arrive 1.5 hours later. 1.5 hours later passed and no word from Jesse. I reached out and he said he wouldn’t be coming and we needed to reschedule. Not one I’m sorry or consideration for my time. The next day he reached out with a date and time which I confirmed, then he said that he would no longer be able to do the job. I asked why and he said he wasn’t able. I did get my refund back but I would strongly not recommend this group of amateurs if you want a reliable service.
