Afer five minutes the technician came in he showed me the CO level is high by top of the boiler and he said he had to shut the heater down because it is dangerous and he did shut down. He said they eill call me for the replacement estimate by tomorrow. I have CO detectors all over the house, one including right outside of boiler room and it never went off. I have tested CO detector and it is working properly. That is why I called another company for the 2nd opinion. I had no heat for 2 days. The other company visited and checked the boiler thoroughly about an hour and he reignited it. Yes, our boiler is old, but the CO level by the water heater is now back to normal range, under 15, with some of the adjustments the other tech made. He also highly recommended to replace the system.

I have used this company twice and both times they have come out right away and addressed the issues I was having. The most recent was when My kids and I were without heat and they wasted no time coming out and fixing the issue. They even followed up to make sure heat was working well and we were toasty...Great Service!!!

Mike showed up within 10 minutes of the 3 hour window he gave (7am to 10am and was here at 7:10am). Was on time, professional, and knows his stuff. He gave me 2 options and explained the pros and cons of each. He even went out of his way to get the work done the same day by going back and forth to the supply house (2 times because the 1st time the supply house sent the wrong items.) I didn't shop around as I felt comfortable with Mike and his interactions.

Went good. They were able to find a problem with humidifier that another company did not fix. Also provided advise with how to fix air flow in one of our bedrooms.

I would give them an A+ for responsiveness. I called them the second time because I’m still waiting for the original assigned company to even get in touch. They were available on short notice and showed up on time. They diagnosed the problem quickly both times and when they didn’t have the part they needed for my boiler they went out to get it and came back the same day! I had 3 different guys from this company service my heating system over the two visits. They were all professional, courteous and most importantly competent. Definitely recommend.

All I can say is thank God for Lisa and her staff. They are without a doubt the nicest, most professional crew around. For each of our three issues, Lisa had her techs heading in our direction each and every time as quickly as possible! None of our issues were ever straight forward, but Liberty’s techs took the time to figure out what was wrong and figured out the best and most cost effective way to help us fix our problems. I truthfully can say that I don’t know where my family would be without Lisa and her staff. If you need any heating or cooling help, Liberty is most definitely the way to go!

Liberty was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that there was heat in my home as quickly as possible. The service technician Justin is very professional and great at his job. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong and fixed my furnace in time for what looks to be a very cold winter.

My tenant woke up at 6 am without heat. Therefore, it stopped working overnight. I spoke to the office manager and stressed that their were children in the house, and it was going to be cold the following day. This company had an employee at the house within a couple of hours to diagnose the problem. Then, the part needed to fix the furnace was located quickly, and fixed within a couple of hours. We appreciated the quick response and the ability of this company to fix the heat quickly. Thank you again. It was a pleasure working with this company. We will be using you in the future.

Liberty was so responsive and I appreciate they were flexible with timing since the service had to be performed in the morning before work. They sent out one of their steam specialists, who was able to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly, and explained the work every step of the way. Liberty is my go-to whenever I'm having heating or cooling issues.

I have this boiler cleaned annually but never to the extent of this. They cleaned every crevice of this machine for about 4-5 hours and in fact the need for the water feed in which I called was caused from sub par cleaning in the past. It has been a night and day difference since choosing Liberty this year. They even went around to all my radiators and stopped them from making noise like a marching band is in the wall!

Excellent. The servicemen I have worked with are very knowledgeable on the systems in my house. They have solved nagging problems in the heating system with regards to trapped air and found leaks in the air conditioning system that no one bothered to look for before preferring just to fill the units with more refrigerant. I expect that if any future repair bills will be required it will be less due to their professionalism.

Liberty called us within 24 hours, as promised, and sent someone over the very next morning. The two gentlemen were extremely professional, knew exactly what they were doing with our furnace and resolved the problem, not only in my son's room but they also checked the entire system, bled the lines, and made sure every baseboard in the house was working as we approach a cold winter. They really went above and beyond to promptly solve my problem and I could not recommend a heating and cooling service anymore than Liberty. Thanks for all your help.

They came right away and got the heater working with no fuss!

I got a call back from Mike within a few hours of the service request--in fact, it was two calls and a text as he tried to track me down for a fast booking. The next morning, the lead plumber Jack came. He was willing to try and fix the boiler, but he agreed that buying a new one was a better investment. After a quick call with Lisa, their office manager, we set up an appointment for the next day. A professional crew of three came on Day Three at 8 AM and were gone at 2 PM, with the basement cleaner than when they came. I could not give Liberty higher praise. They were personable, honest, fast, and efficient.
