I called up and spoke to Lisa. She seemed very knowledgeable on the phone. They were at my house first thing in the morning. They actually told me nothing was wrong and didn't take the service free from me. I will be calling them again if I need some work done.

After having a number of plumbers come take a look- each one told us we needed to replace the entire unit, which is very costly- except liberty. The folks at liberty broke it all down, extremely knowledgeable- made it real easy for someone like me to understand. Even explained pros and cons for each individual fix. Highly recommend -these guys really keep it real with you and won’t have you paying for jobs you don’t really need. Three very high enthusiastic thumbs up

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I spoke with Lisa and told her of the urgency to get a new furnace because ours cracked. She was extremely knowledgeable with the products and pricing. She went out of her way to help us get the first available appointment that worked with our schedule. The service men were punctual and very professional. It was a totally seamless process.

I own multiple multi-family rentals and Liberty is my go-to for all repairs. This week I had multiple failures, Liberty (especially Lisa in the office!) was extremely responsive. They got techs out within hours who quickly diagnosed the issues. They ordered parts that day and completed the repair the following day. Very responsive over email, phone, and text. Highly recommend.

We had our heating system serviced at the beginning of the season by the company who installed it for the previous owner of our house. Approximately 2 weeks later we had them return to deal with overheating on the second floor. Less than a week after that, the circulator pump for the first floor failed leaving us with no heat in 20 degree weather on a holiday weekend. We contacted Liberty and they arrived to replace the circulator pump first thing the next morning. They were very proactive about following up after the repair and as the day went on it became clear that the heat reaching the first floor was still minimal. They returned the next day to trouble shoot the issue and determined that there was a blockage somewhere in the system (that likely contributed to the pump failure) as well as a defective relief valve and pressure reservoir. They were again able to fit us into their schedule two days later when they came and resolved all of the issues. The heating system is now back to normal. They were extremely thorough and highly professional throughout. They took the time to identify all the issues and had the knowledge and expertise to fix them. We now plan to have Liberty continue to provide service for the heating and cooling systems in our home in the future.

I have used this company for other issues in my home and have always been 100% satisfied! This time was especially difficult because it was freezing out and the house was very cold, I called and spoke with Lisa who immediately called me back and their technician James was in my house already working on the problem! They are very quick in response professional neat and informative A+ from me! Thank you for making my house warm again!

Jack came on an angie list maintenance visit but I was having a problem and he diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat and was able to install a new one during the same visit. He was conscious of the smaller thermostat size and the missing paint behind larger unit and tried to place new thermostat as best as possible. Jack also inspected the unit and provided recommendations for future needs. Very friendly and professional.

I called Liberty HVAC this morning and the owner, Mike, was at my door so quickly. He just happened to be in the area and squeezed me in right away. He diagnosed my heating issue immediately, and even went further to spend another 45 minutes running to buy me a new thermostat. Throughout our visit, he was extremely cordial, friendly and highly professional. I was thoroughly impressed with Liberty and would highly recommend their services!! Thankyou Mike!!

When I had additional issues they responded even though it wasn’t their fault and they handled it with no hassle and once done it was working properly. I would recommend their service and I would use them again.
