My old roof had water leakage. They did a very good job replacing with a new roof. The team came on time and finished the job within one day. Ervis was very efficient to schedule me in a timely manner. Mario came in the second day after job was don to make sure everything was ok. The new roof went through 2 big rain storms with no leakage.

They had a little glitch but assured me they would stay until it was fuxed. They figured it out and all was done. The group was polite, professional and worked efficiently.

Replaced my 20+ years roof. New roof looks great. The only complaint was that there were some nails in the driveway and the attic are in need of a vacuuming because I had a gap in the plywood and some debris and nails from the ripoff went all over up there. I guess it is not really their fault. Other than that A+ work!

My roof was 20+ years old and leaking. Jersey Roofing came and did a great job on replacing the whole roof in one day. Fairly good price. The new roof looks fantastic. Only complaint I had was that the workers left some cans and stuff in my yard and they accidentally damaged my trash can. They did come back to pick stuff up and apologized after I email them. Overall very good work and I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Seci at the beginning which disappointed us due to the bad communication and ended the contractor. Later I hired Jersey Roofing to do the roofing replacement, gutter replacement, fascia replacement and siding of two dormers which took about three days to be completed. we are very glad that we made this decision for the following reasons: 1. Very good communication. The salesperson Ervis is very professional, responsive and humble guy with a very strong industrial knowledge background which guarantees that he can write you a very professional contracts. Any questions you sent to him, He will respond to you as quickly as possible. The first time we saw the owner is when Jersey roofing started our job on the site, and he is such a nice, humble and professional guy. The on-site job supervisor resolved any questions we had, very agreeable communication. 2. Very hardworking team as a whole. Their workers showed up around 8AM in the morning as expected on time and worked until 7PM in the afternoon, then finished the cleaning even though they were exhausted. They have been working so hard to get the job done, and we really felt touched by their hard work. We tried our best to tip them well to show our appreciation. Since so many workers worked together, it is understandable that sometimes they may miss something, but they fixed it right away when you told them. They do not mind if you sit outside the whole day to make sure that they did not miss something. 3. Nice cleaning job after work done. They cleaned the job site very well. 4. Very good after-sales experience. We had broken vent and painting job for gale vent unfinished, called Ervis who talked to the owner Bruno came next day to fix them. Very smooth communication and let us fix it if you have any problem. 4. Lifetime warranty. Many people had some skeptical opinions about warranty, but based on our research, 50 years of workmanship warranty means a lot because the company has to build enough credit in terms of quality of work, communication, professionalism to maintain the platinum status with the Owen or GAF shingle company and Home Advisor website. We liked the way we communicated with Jersey Roofing. Any questions we directly contacted the salesperson Ervis who will take care of it by communicating with his internal team inside the company.
