He also followed up on the quote to see if I had any questions or if I was still interested in hiring his company. I just had a good feeling about him. -They came out for an estimate, and really took time to explain the possible breadth of the job to my bride and I. -When additional work was need to be done on the roof we were called immediately and appraised of the situation, with pictures texted as well. -They did big job and worked tirelessly. -When the job was completed they left not a clue my house/yard had been a construction site...Amazing! -We were offered a fair price, and the crew from Gothic went above and beyond! They were great. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!!!

Gothic Construction did an excellent job and we could not be happier. Unfortunately we found out that we needed all new plywood due to the condition and age of my roof on the day of the install. Gothic Construction was able to get the material over and complete the job on the same day as originally planned. They did a fantastic job and my roof is now set for the next 30 years! They also were very thorough with their cleanup and while it is impossible to get every last nail, they nearly did! I would recommend Gothic Construction to my friends and family. The quality of the work is outstanding and their pricing is incredibly fair. The owner is very personable and friendly. Thank you Gothic Construction!

They arrived on time. They were quickly able to assess the situation and make the necessary repairs and provide me with the necessary information to be able to make an informed decision and fix and repair the needed items.

The owner, Altin, is a truly honorable individual. I had an issue with how the steps were off center by 3 inches and instead of offering a quick fix that would have worked but also would have been less than ideal, Altin sent his crew back to dismantle and correct the problem. Amazing to find this sort of pride in what one does these days. I highly recommend both Altin and his crew. They were incredible craftsmen and hard working people.

This is the second roof iv had replaced by Gothic Construction. I left my house early on the day they scheduled and returned that evening, New roof was installed and I would have never known anyone had been to the house. Excellent company to do business with.

They showed up on time and did very good work. The roof looks very nice, and the whole experience was good. The whole area around the house was cleaned up, so you would not even know the job was done. I would recommend Gothic Construction to anyone!

Reliable, on time, neat and very efficient. Explained all work needed and documented the work as it progressed. Worked well with my insurance company. Repaired any small damage caused by roof replacement. Very happy with Gothic Construction

Gothic completed multi-faceted work including removal of chimney, replace framing and roofing along with building a new gas fireplace bump out where the old chimney was. After removal and disposal of the old brick and block chimney Gothic replaced water damaged structural members, replaced sheathing on both the wall and roof and framed and sheathed a new gas fireplace insert bump out. Gothic resided the new bump out matching the old vinyl siding perfectly, installed asphalt shingles on the repaired roof section, again matching the old work perfectly. All work was permitted and passed inspection with no issues, and they removed all the construction debris and cleaned the area such that I had no cleanup to do. I will be hiring them again for future work.
