Spoke to a lot of roofers: Gothic wasn't the cheapest but, now that the work is done, I'm convinced they are the best. Great communications, quick comprehensive estimate, showed up when they said they would. Repair turned out to be more complicated than expected due to underlying damage to the plywood, matter was handled professionally and project was finished in one day. Also provided a competitive estimate for replacing the entire roof: again, not the cheapest, but likely the best in terms of quality and the scope of the work they say they will perform. Exceeded our expections.

Out of multiple estimates, Altin from Gothic Construction was the only one to give us a quote for all the work we wanted done, and he still wasnâ t the most expensive quote! No sales pitch, no pressure, just honesty and a fair price. Was flexible with scheduling and accommodated my work schedule to get a large job done in one day with two crews instead of one crew over multiple days. Excellent company to work with. The inspection was thorough with suggestions and solutions to issues found during the inspection. In each case, the issue was described and backed up with pictures. There were severe cracks at the chimney cap. And the house is only 15 years old. After the repair, the cap was sealed and looked new! Working with these professionals is the only was to go!
