Genius pro Construction was not my lowest bid, but for 300 more, this is what I received for my money. An inspection of the existing roof. A two day install including a number of dormers, and the cleanup. Every repair to the roof deck was documented. GAF shingles. The crew was great, the Project Manager was on site to handle any concerns. thank you for good service.

Genius pro Construction were responsive, priced fairly, and very happy to explain the details of the work done, showing photos of damage during the estimate and of process and finished photos at the end of the job.
