They are excellent. I've been using them for over 10 years.

Team 10 is extremely thorough. It takes about 2 hours to clean the home. The communication and interaction with them is very good. Team 10 is thorough. They cleaned up very well after themselves.

They’re okay. They’re not particularly outstanding, but they’re okay. For the New Jersey area their prices are okay. Would I use them again? Can I say "maybe"? I guess I am likely to use them again. Three come for the cleaning. They’re there for about an hour and a half.

The team is extraordinary. Our home is filled with antiques, including the furniture. Their care is immeasurable. But they not only show such expertise in the cleaning, they have truly become friends. We spent over thirty years was various services. Items have been broken, stolen and the work done inept. We used this service for a few years before we realized they were doing and okay job. Our issues weren't with the service so much as the behavior. We have two house cats that DO NOT go outside and we asked them repeatedly during every visit not to leave the door open. More often than not, they would leave the door open while they cleaned, sometime in winter! Another time, one of the managers was trying to get in touch with the crew that hadn't yet arrived at our house and she literally showed up at our house and walked right in the unlocked back door as if it was nothing! This woman who was a complete stranger just walked into our house! Who does that??? Last week we had an appointment scheduled and they showed up 90 minutes late, without calling. I work from home and was in a conference call when they finally showed up. I couldn't let them in but they rang the door and knocked for about an hour. I also heard them trying to use the knob to open the door. Again, who thinks this is okay? Since we weren't blown away by the service anyway, we decided to find a new one.

IT'S TOUGH TO KEEP UP WITH CLEANING AN ACTIVE HOUSEHOLD BUT THE CLEANING PEOPLE SENT BY CONTINENTAL ALWAYS SEEM TO BE ABLE TO DO AN OUTSTANDING JOB. OVER THE YEARS THAT I HAVE USED THEM, THERE HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT TEAMS OF 3 PEOPLE AND THE QUALITY OF WORK AND PLEASANT ATTITUDE HAS ALWAYS BEEN CONSISTENTLY GREAT. I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE THEM TAKING CARE OF THE CHORES I HATE.

I was dissatisfied with the results. On the positive side, though, the floors were well-vacuumed, and some of the wooden surfaces well-polished, but overall, the work was shoddy. There were remnants of dirt on the kitchen floor, upstairs bathroom sink was stained (I can get the stains out easily when I l clean), one toilet not fully cleaned (stains), some areas were dusted and others were not. Overall, slipshod job. I let them know I was having a party the next day, so I expected they would put in the extra effort to clean and tipped them well.

They were good; I definitely liked them. There was a lot of cleaning and a lot that had to be done here. There was one woman that was kind of in charge so she was the one to communicate with, but the other women did not really understand English so there were three women here. If somebody was in a different I could not really communicate with her, I had to communicate with the other woman. It was not a big deal and they did do a very good job based on what I had to clean. I think the only thing that bothered me was that they priced out the job and they were, maybe, a few minutes over so they wanted to go into the next half hour. I tipped them instead and they were not very appreciative. They were pretty reasonable. A lot of places I called were more expensive. I have used them in the past.

We used this cleaning service for years. Although the quality was not wonderful we felt we could trust them. They never moved coffee tables, table lamps, objects on tables to dust. Vacuumed the center of the room only. Not a deep clean. BUT, we cancelled this service after many years because they hired a new crew and one of the members stole cash from a bank in my daughter's room. I would NEVER trust them again. Just very glad I didn't give them a house key.

They send three people, so they’re very quick and I don’t lose any time. They’re great at working with you on your time frame and how much cleaning you need. They're always on time and I really like them. I’ll definitely keep using them in the future – they’re the only ones I’ll call! Anyone else would cost more and probably take longer.

they came on time, are very expensive to have terrible rags they use to clean good furniture. they charge a lot and want to talk on the telephone or with each other. they are not interested in cleaning your apartment properly. only getting in and out and getting paid.

They were an hour and 15 min early, it threw off my day. They were there for 1Hr 40 Min, but billed for 2 hours. They did not offer to prorate time as promised by office. They were friendly and polite. They did not ACE any one task. Each area they worked in had been casually touched without attention to detail or noticing if the area was left completely clean. Our main shower shelves were not cleaned at all. The bathroom floor and sink of one bathroom was not washed. The kitchen tile floor was poorly cleaned. The kitchen stainless appliances were streaked. The rugs were not well cleaned. The vacuum they brought was very old and outdated. No attention to detail with all vacuuming. The corners were all missed and around all furnitures legs were untouched. I requested windows to be washed in one room. The woman who did that did a good job. It was her first day she happen to tell me. The kitchen countertops (Silestone) were not cleaned at all. The kitchen cabinets were not cleaned around handles. Not one light switch outlet cover in the baths and kitchens were cleaned. You may ask why I let them leave? Ii had to rush out to salvage other appts for the day and It was later that afternoon as I showered, cooked and decorated for a family party the next day that we noticed the shoddy cleaning. We have a regular cleaning lady who was away on a two week vacation. Our house is professionally cleaned and professionally maintained. We hired Continental Maid in preparation of a party. It was a disappointing experience.

The crew came an hour and 20 minutes earlier than was scheduled. I was already home so I let them go ahead and get started, but this was annoying since I had planned other things for my morning. They got to work immediately and were finished in two hours. They were fast since the job was accomplished in two hours which left the rest of my day open. They cleaned and left promptly. The vacuuming was a slap/dash poorly done job. I think they just wanted to be done in 2 hours and since I was not going to pay for any more time I just finished the vacuuming myself.

We've used Continental maid service for approximately a year and I must say the key to getting reliable and consistent service is to be mindful of the team that you like. I have had a few teams work on the house depending on availability and as long as I can secure the team that I request, I know that the service will be consistent. I wish that I could schedule far out in advance but there are limiations on the schedule and availability that prevents be from setting up a monthly cleaning service appointment. I wish that I can set it up so that it's reoccuring rather than having to set up each individual appointments. If there was room for improvement, I think it would make it easier for me if we can set up a specific appointment time rather than the hour window for the team to arrive for the appointment. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will continue to use them as long as I can request and secure the team that I know will get the work done.

They are good cleaners. The company always provide a courtesy call the day before, they arework in a team of 3 and are always prompt and provide a good service. I plan to keep using them!

The request for an estimate was answered promptly. On the day of my appointment, the team arrived early, got right to work, and cleaned thoroughly. I will absolutely call the again.

I picked them from Angie's List. I have used them two or three times. They did a decent job and they have been the best so far compared to the other house cleaners that I have used previously. I would always get back the same team and I was quite satisfied with them. They showed up when they were supposed to and put up a decent amount of work not considering the amount of time. In frequent nature that I have called them, they have not been as thorough as you would probably do in your own house but they did a good job. There has not been any complication with them and nothing was broken. Everything was fine. The only other thing was that they may have not done a thorough job of rinsing on the top floor as it was slippery but that was about it.

They worked very hard and fast. The whole job was very complete and detailed. I was impressed with the entire job.

They were scheduled to come between 2:00 and 3:00. They called at 12:45 to see if they could come early. A slight inconvenience, but we adapted to the change. They split the work among the team and cleaned the rooms in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. My wife was unable to check their work before they left. Once we checked over everything, we found that the stainless steel stove top was left with a white, gritty residue. The bases of the bathroom fixtures were not cleaned well. They did not clean the linens, they just re-made the beds with the dirty sheets. I later found out that is not something that they do. Also, when they did not show up for their second cleaning 2 weeks later, I called the company up and they said that they don't automatically setup a repeat schedule after the first appointment. In addition, they raised the rate by $10. I have used 3 different services in the past that all charged around $85 to do more work than they perform. Try looking elsewhere first.

I needed a thorough housecleaning. A team of three workers came and cleaned all that I told them. They did a good job- very efficient. I'd use them again.

A CREW OF THREE WOMEN COME EVERY OTHER WEEK. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB CLEANING EVERYTHING. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR EIGHT YEARS.
