 + -1 morewe ordered brown pvc and brown chain link fencing. 1st they told us fencing was in then they said only chain link was in so we decided to have them install that 1st and wait for pvc fence. they tried to install used rusted fencing that was wrong color- they tried to pass off an old green fence as brown-they spray painted but did such a lousy job the original color green and rust showed through. one of the tops to the post was broken and they stuck it on anyway- they installed the gate backwards. when we went to store next day to complain- the older man said i'll just give you your money back- i don't want to hear it. it was a very upsetting that he didn't seem to care that one of his installers tried to put old used fencing in our back yard. would never recommend them.

Description of Work: They put up a fence in backyard and the fence looks great, aside from a couple errors. We have a post and rail and I wanted to go all the way to the ground, one side has the mesh raised up higher and my dogs can get underneath the fence. The worst part was the scheduling, they kept rescheduling and were about a month or two delayed in doing the work. The office also didn't seem to care when we would express dissatisfaction. The workers were all good though, it's the scheduling and office that weren't nearly as good.

 + -1 moreBecause of wanting to charge for there estimate the sales man didn't show up.
Description of Work: When there sales man called a couple hours before he was due for my estimate he asked if this was storm related. I said yes, fences were damaged. He said his company wants a fee for giving there estimate. I asked how much but didn't get an answer. With talking to his office who set up the appointment I told them my fences were damaged and nothing was said of needing to charge for an estimate. Yet there website claims "Free Estimates" What ever happened to free estimates.
