Angels Landscape & Suburban Sidewalks

They were landscapers and they were amazing.

Angels Landscaping failed to show for three appointments. The third appointment was made through the owners assistant!

Angels Landscape is is an extremely competent and skilled hardscape / landscape services provider. Very professional crew with customer satisfaction in mind. They are highly professional and I rate them very high. They do a really great job. They have done mulch, lawn work and landscaping. I have even used them for concrete services.

Horrible. Once agreed upon, after an estimate in which Ryan measured our front and backyard, (and tried to use big words and a brochure,) we spoke to them to set up the work and and they said that they would come that day or the next to do the work. They did not. I called three separate times until they showed up. The day that they chose to show up for a $500 job, in the mid/late afternoon, I could not be home and therefore had no contact with their workers once I saw them arrive. (Ryan himself didn't come either.) They did not touch my backyard, even though we had included it in the price. My privacy bushes look like they stopped trimming wherever it wasn't easy to reach. None of this is the worst part. The worst part is that my grass literally looks worse than before they worked on it. None of the seed they planted took and we have huge patches with nothing. I mean nothing. It was planted in October so that it would come up in the spring and there is nothing. It looks so bad in fact that they agreed that it was not necessary for me to pay my $250 balance of the $500 price. But I would like a whole refund. I am extremely dissatisfied. Also, when you call, the receptionist doesn't ever give the phone to the guy we dealt with, Ryan. (This was even before our dispute.) He will call you back. Sometimes. Ryan talks a big game. It isn't planting seed; it's a "renovation". He makes it seem like they are an official company, when they do not do good work and do not stand by their work. I have nothing. Nothing to show for my $250 besides for some poorly trimmed bushes. What a horrible experience, when I was more than glad to pay $500 for good work.

I had been pleased with Angel's as they had performed my fall clean up the last four years. Was always easy to get in touch with them and get on the calendar. Not sure what happened this year as I have left three messages with them over the past two weeks and have not even received a return phone call. I am disappointed.

They removed the existing sidewalk, which was cracked and broken. Did all forms and poured concrete. All was done in a timely manner. They tidied-up the grass on either side of the new sidewalk, plus added dirt and seeded where needed. Great work at a reasonable price!!

They were really good and a pleasure to deal with. Their price is not the lowest but, I got my monies worth. So far, it looks beautiful.

Way beyond my expectations. They were patient when the town had them wait more than a month until the town did the part of the job only the town was allowed to do. The workers were professional and did an outstanding job. The clean up was more than expected. I highly recommend them.

They were very good and came when they were supposed to come. They did the job very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I don't remember running into any problems.

Installed a new paver patio, walk and stairs and removed the old driveway regraded repaved and made a new apron. |They were very professional and on time. The yard was always clean during the entire process. We would highly recommend them and use them again.

Returned my call to setup estimate very promptly. Showed up on time for estimate and started project exactly when they stated they would. Did entire project in 1 day. Very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic.
