Excellent. They responded to my call immediately, set up a time... on the same day of the call. The tech... Alex called before he was to arrive (on time!) He was courteous, professional, cleaned up the area he was working in. Alex got the job done quickly. I have used Able Tex before to clean the drains. Always responsive, courteous the BEST! A+. Won't use any other company for this kind of work!

Great. They responded to my initial call immediately and I made an appointment for first thing the following day. Fixed the problem and the service tech was out the door in less than 20 minutes.

Able Tex came out within a few days of calling them. Upon looking at the drain there were two pipes that lead into the same hole. The pipe that appeared to be the drain pipe was severely clogged with dirt and rocks and the person that came to snake it said that it was not repairable. He charged me $79 service call fee and left. I decided to have another company come and look at the pipe and it turns out that the pipe that was misdiagnosed as the drain pipe was really just an old pipe that went nowhere. It was the other pipe in the hole that was the drain pipe and I had it snaked successfully. Able Tex misdiagnosed the issue and didn’t even bother to spend time to examine the true issue.

GREAT! Within an hour of calling he was at my house. He was polite and respectful. I showed him around the house and he immediately understood how to fix the problem. Within about 30 minutes he had the clog cleared and then he waited another 10-15 minutes while the water ran to make sure it was completely cleared. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I don't think it was that big of a job. I think they were prompt.

That was very good. They're very good. They came and they were very helpful. I think we had like a small problem one time and a larger problem the second time and we called them again. We were happy enough to use them again. It wasn't that huge of a job. I think they were prompt and responsive because it was some sort of crisis, so they came and they were nice, and they did what they needed to do and told us whatever we needed to know.

Called Able Tex on a Saturday morning explaining my bathroom sink was clogged. Able Tex indicated they would be over in 1/2 hour and they arrived in 20 minutes of my call. Fixed everything thoroughly and were done quickly. Very professional and SUPER PUNCTUAL. I will call only ABLT TEX if I have a drain problem. They are great.

This provider was great. I made an appointment for the morning of January 23rd which was also the day of the big blizzard. We got 27 inches of snow that day. I called the day before to see if they wanted to reschedule due to the impending storm and Able Tex said 'No, he will be there." That morning there was at least 10 inches of snow, the roads were not plowed and I was expecting Able Tex to cancel. To my amazement they called to confirm and Joe knocked on my door! Joe went to the basement, fixed the clog and was done in about 20 minutes. I couldn't believe he actually came during a blizzard! Joe was professional, assessed the situation immediately, fixed the problem, was neat and completed everything in no time at all. And yes, during a blizzard. This will be the only company I will call for this type of work. Great job! Excellent service!

Unfortunately, this was not my first call to Able Tex. I have been very pleased and impressed with the level of service and professionalism. If I need roto-routing in the future (I hope not), this is the company I will call. I could not have asked for a better service call.

They called/ came in the time frame they told me originally. They did the job, explained everything to me. They were courteous and easy to deal with. All this on a Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately this is the second drainage issue I had in just a week in different parts of my house. Fortunately I dealt with Able Tex!

They are great. I like that they get the job done and get it done quickly. They show up and come highly recommended from everybody. They have the right equipment, are a really good company that is fair priced.

I've used them before. The last time blockage occurred, they came later at night. They have excellent service hours! This time they asked what time frame would be best for me, instead of just giving me a time they'd show up. It took them less than an hour. They were reasonably priced. They're really good. They don't make a big mess either!
