AB Granite and Marble

The owners of AB Granite and Marble are two brothers, Adam Szczachor and Tom Szczachor. The brothers represent themselves as contractor that provide and install granite/ marble surfaces, and kitchen cabinets. On April 6, 2015, Adam prepared an offer to replace kitchen cabinets. The offer was $8700 to replace the existing cabinets at home. Adam asked for $7000 towards deposit for this work. I paid Adam Szczachor $7000 deposit. He signed a receipt letter and promised to deliver the cabinets in 2 weeks. Adam shared with me the insurance affidavit for the company. I found out later that the insurance policy has expired on May 6, 2015. The cabinets were never delivered. Adam refused to return my phone calls and texts. I had no success to reach the owners after repeated attempts. On May 22, 2015 Adam shows up with one single cabinets which was damaged cabinet . He promised to replace it and get back. Unfortunately, they have never come back since May. I contacted BBB and was told that the address does not accept any mail. I had horrible experience and lost my deposit. Please stay away to save your money.
