I cannot say enough wonderful things about Richard K Moore Painting. Starting with Diane who not only runs the scheduling and shares in the business end but also joined Richie on the estimate. They are a wonderful husband and wife team! They are courteous, lovely, friendly, professional and their work in every aspect is impeccable. Richie and his team, also professional, friendly, great guys arrived on time, prepared to work. The work itself could not have been better. They were fast, efficient, neat, nice to deal with and did a beautiful job!!!! I cannot recommend them enough. I cannot wait to book my next job with them. I wish every professional I have dealt with for my home were as great as Richard K Moore. Do not hesitate to hire them! You will not be sorry. We set a date for the work to be performed and we chose the paint colors and emailed them to Richard. His office contacted us a few days before to confirm and a crew of 3 men showed up on time and were able to complete the work ahead of time. They were very careful to make sure all the drop cloths and coverings were in place and when done they cleaned everything up. A job very well done and recommend them to friends.

Fantastic service. I wished there was a "Rich Moore" who is my electrician, plumber, handyman... Not only was the job done exceptionally, but Rich painted with care and dedication, AND you can tell he likes what he does because he likes how his completed work would make his customers happy. And THAT's the type of service I wish I would come across with every job that I encounter. You will be more than satisfied with his exceptional paint job AND customer service. He even arrived one morning before 7am because he know I really desired to have the painting completed by a certain timeframe. I'm so thankful of my friend who referred me to Rich Moore. And I'm SO happy with the result - my home looks completely different and beautiful!

Richard and his staff were professional and extremely friendly and helpful throughout the project. Richard and Diane worked with us tirelessly before we began as we wanted to ensure we could match the paint we had used previously. Careful attention to protecting our furnishings and floors was great and cleanup was perfect. Probably the BEST part of Richard's work is his attitude and demeanor throughout the job. He was a pleasure to have in our home and we highly recommend his services!

My son and daughter-in-law recently purchased a 1970s home that needs much work. My son who had been doing all of the work while working full time - finally decided to give in and spend money (in short supply as with all young- first time home owners) to have their young daughter's bedroom painted. Unfortunately- this first "painter" ( NOT RICHARD MOORE) they originally used was a recommendation from a friend. He charged them $500 in cash- and was a horrible disgrace. The walls/ceiling were sorely in need of repair- spackeling/sanding etc. He didn't even bring spackle with him. When he left- walls were not completely painted- there were spaces between the walls and the ceiling-no sanding. He left a total mess-took the money and left- never to be heard from again. I went to Angie's List to find someone who could rescue this room from the damage done and turn a shameful disaster into a happy ending. I found Richard K. Moore Professional Painting- read every review and called. Our lucky day! Had a few lengthy conversations with Diane Moore and explained what had happened and what we needed. From the first phone call through to the completed job- this experience was the greatest of pleasures. Despite the fact that Richard had a full schedule- in view of the whole scenario - he made it his business to find the time to get this job done with all due speed. My granddaughter is in her room due to his professional and caring efforts. He came in and discussed with my son- what he was gong to do. As my son said- " he even pointed out areas to repair that we had not found". Explained all and asked for input. We could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. Both my son and I have repaired, restored and painted many a room in the past. We know how and what goes into a great job. We have very high standards! We would recommend Richard K. Moore Professional Painting with the highest of praise- to anyone in his area. They are not only really excellent painters- but they are a complete pleasure to work with every step of the way. Richard Moore was the third painter I have used and he was by far the best. Looking at the work he did and comparing it to other painters, I can see a clear difference. With most painters it seems there is one experienced painter and then 1 or more workers who are clearly less experienced. Not so at Richard Moore painting. Rich and Bryan were both experts and they did an excellent job. Very careful, clean, thorough and excellent to work with. I will certainly use them again.

Great! Rich did a nice job. He is prompt, meticulous, & friendly. Price was more than I expected, but you get what you pay for. Diane set up appointment to fit my schedule. Pick out your paint at Colors to Go & you will be pleased w/result.

We couldn't be happier. From the start Diane was a joy to talk to and schedule things with. Rich did our estimate on the spot and sent revised numbers when we changed some of the things we wanted painted. Rich and Brian were always on time and worked tirelessly for 2.5 days. They were always smiling and easy to be around. We just moved into our home and had to coordinate flooring and painting in a tight schedule so the place was a bit of a mess. They helped move some of our things around while we shuffled between rooms being painted. They turned a stressful time into a pleasant experience. The house looks fantastic and we will definitely hire them again when we need more work done.

I found them on Angie's List. He was a nice guy. I thought the price was pretty expensive for what he did.

I can not say enough about this company. From the lovely Diane who arranges everything, to Rich and Brian's expert skills!!! I could not be happier with the outcome. I have a lot of other things going on in the house and they were super accommodating. Punctual, clean, simply fantastic work!!!! I will never paint a wall myself again!! I would highly recommend!!! :-)

We had a few painters come out to provide quotes for our great room and master in our new home. The great room was daunting because it was 18" ceiling and had crown molding. Richards pricing was reasonable and I feel he did an excellent job. He really transformed the room and made the house feel like a home. He had a great personality and was very easy to work with and trust. He was very professional and was right on time each day. Him and his helper cleaned up nicely and just did an above and beyond job. We will not need any painting done anytime soon but we will absolutely use him again.

From start to finish excellent job. Diane upfront contacting me for appointments with follow up. Rich was on time and a positive person while at my home. Did extra spackling and nail pop work without hesitation. Neat cleaned up when work was completed. A definite return for me in the future

From start to finish, they were excellent. I'm a single Mom on a budget and have been in my home for 11 years. It was time for an update. So, I searched Angie's list and called quite a few companies. In contacting Rich Moore, I received a cb from his lovely wife Diane shortly after leaving a mess. Rich came out within the same week. I received an estimate several weeks prior to the job and not only did I need interior painting done but a hole from a leak repaired in the ceiling. From contacting Diane in the office to Rich Moore and Brian completing the repair in the ceiling and then painting a few weeks later, I am more then pleased. I received a realistic and fair estimate in addition to a time frame in which the work can be performed. They were prompt, thorough and very professional. Diane calls days ahead to prepare you for the day of service and Rich and Brian (Rich happens to be the owner) comes out ready to handle business. They prepped, they painted and cleaned up afterwards. It was a pleasure working with all involved. So much so, that while they were here, I requested another estimate for other areas in the home for a later date. I would highly recommend their services. Oh and I almost forgot to add that he gave me $100 off the job for the Angie's list special. I'm one happy homeowner!!! Thanks again Rich K. Moore Painting...???

It went very well. Between the constant contact provided by Diane who managed the appointment, to the terrific job performed by Rich and his partnrr, I could not have asked for a better job. Plus he was the low bid.

I contacted several A-rated Angie's List service providers (10 to be exact) before selecting Richard Moore Painting and my family and I are very happy we did. Richard was very prompt in giving us a quote the same day he came to assess the work. His 30+ years of experience showed from assessment to the next job I asked him to quote us on soon after he finished! I'm usually very reluctant to go with contractors who cannot provide a quote the same day. Richard was in the top 3 in terms of costs so we didn't necessarily go with the cheapest quote we received. We chose Richard because his Angie's List rating was top-notch, he has a lot of experience, and Diane was very prompt in responding/following-up and they were very professional (plus they genuinely sounded like they wanted the work). Diane stated the work will take about 3 days to complete and all I had to do was remove any fixtures off the walls I didn't want painted or painted around. Diane said they would help in moving the furniture. We had to wait over a month to get scheduled for the work to be done, but that wasn't a problem for us since we weren't in any rush. The wait was due to them being so busy which now I know why they're heavily recruited. On the first day, Richard and his apprentice, Bryan, arrived on time if not earlier. Richard quickly gave Bryan the rundown of the job to be done and they promptly got started by covering the furniture, placing drapes on the floor, prepping the paint, etc. On the first day, Richard and Bryan completed 3 out of the 4 rooms to be painted. We were very impressed with how quickly and easily they made the work seem. They were almost too good I thought they were overcharging us! After careful inspection, the walls and ceilings looked amazing! Richard and Bryan stayed for 8 hours on day 1 and I don't think they took any lunch breaks (come to think of it). On the second day, Richard and Bryan once again arrived on time and promptly began working. Richard asked me if I had any questions or concerns about what they've done so far and I had nothing for them. Richard and Bryan started painting the last room and were done in a little over 2 hours. The job took far less than anticipated which worked out really well. While Richard and Bryan were here, they were pleasant, talked among themselves, engaged my daughters (which my girls enjoyed), were pet friendly meeting my dog and more than made me feel "right at home" by not minding at all how many times I had to interrupt them to get into the kitchen. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess anywhere. Actually, the only thing they left me was the leftover paint. We are very pleased to have chosen Richard Moore Painting. So much so, we will look to him the next time we paint the exterior of our house in a couple years or so (I hope he hasn't retired by then)! Overall great stuff all around!

Job was completed in 4 days, moving and replacing of all furniture, removal and replacement of all blinds, all clean up, prompt, reasonably priced, last but best ---excellent job. Richard & Co. made a very tough job very easy. We truly enjoyed a fresh, bright house for the holidays!!!

Everything turned out fine. Rich was very nice as well as his assistant.

I first contacted Richard from Angie's list on Sat and he responded on Sat eve stating he would call first thing Monday morning. Sure enough I received a call from his wife at work Monday morning. Very prompt and responsive. Richard showed up early for the estimate appt. good sign. Gave me very reasonable quote and explanation of what he would provide. I was very comfortable with Richard so I hired him on the spot. The price included the paint. He told to go pick out the color and let him know the number. He would pick up the paint. He painted today showing up on time and ready to go. He did and excellent job cleaning up after themselves. The room looks great. Excellent job done by a real professional so before he gets all booked up run out and hire Richard and crew.
