Two gentlemen arrived promptly at 9 am and took 2 hours to install countertops. The end result is lovely! The seam is hardly noticeable by the sink. We could not be happier with our choice. Uba tuba was a category 1 as we did not want to spend additional for a higher grade, and it looks beautiful! Meryl at Premier answered all our questions. The showroom is not as large as others we had been to, but the choices were sufficient for our purposes. We love our new look!

Stared great, good selection, good prices, came out in a timely manner. But they cut one piece too short, which we didn't notice untill we went to install it. So trip one, to bring it back. Took maybe a week, were told a new one had been cut. When I got there, she gave me the new one, and said two had been cut, she would give me both. She looked all over, couldnt find, no problem. Took it home, the match was terrrible. She said no problem, bring it back. So I did, she said she didn't know when they would get in a close match, I said no problem. After a week I stopped by, they had a stone that matched fine. Another week, she said it was done. I picked it up, She also gave me the piece that she couldnt find before. It was not a new one, it was the one I had brought back. Brought the new piece home, they had polished the wrong end. So I called, said I have been out 4 times about this one piece. She said they would pick it up. A week later, two more calls, I asked to speak to the owner. She said they would call me. A week later my husband called them, the owners were gone for 3 weeks, but no one had told us. finally my husband brought it back and they polished it while he waited. I was pleasant until the last call, by then I had gotten tired of the excuse: we are doing kitchens and cant fit it in right now. In my opinion, when someone makes a mistake, that order should go to the top of the list, not the bottom. Also, a hammer and cats claw went missing the week they were out here, may have been an honest mistake, but they were never located.

Minor difficulties encountered. Initial installer unaware of how to install a granite sink ON a granite top. A unique situation. Sent another installer in who quickly fixed the problem. Looks nice except for the joint. I think it could have been smoother. Front Desk Staff, Myrna is exceptionally helpful and pleasant. She should be your POC for any work being performed in your home. She pays attention to detail.

They were very prompt with their service. I went to their shop to take a look at designs and placed an order the same day. Their guy came home to take template measurements the very next day. And within a week, they had the material ready and came to install it. We had one large piece of countertop (90" long) and 2 smaller ones (30-33" each). When they came for the install, I saw that the 2 smaller pieces weren't the exact design I had ordered. The large piece was the correct one, though they were really close and you couldn't make out unless you looked closely. I called their shop and they offered me a credit of $200 to install the ones they had got, or they could come back the next day with the correct pieces. I opted for the correct pieces and they came over the next evening and installed them without a fuss. I was happy with the overall experience and the price was awesome compared to what I was getting at Lowe's and Home Depot. I would definitely consider using them again and would recommend to anyone who needs granite countertops. One tip which I missed: I later found a coupon (in the Clipper Magazine for Middlesex county in NJ) which would have saved me around $60 or so.

Placed a call to them one evening, went in the next day to view slabs, discuss options. Template appointment set up a few days later and then installation less than a week later!!! Went very well.
