Manny and his team were a joy to deal with...He not only finished the job on time and on budget, but he was able to be flexible with pre planning the project (We had a huge HVAC Issue we had to work around in the Media room) as well as once the project started (Bringing symmetry to the media and bar area. and dealing with a leak in the foundation)...Several times during the project when we had to go away from the original plan, Manny was there walking me through my options. He and his team went above and beyond to make our experience top rate....If there ever was any extra cost involved, he let me know before the extra work was done and why. There were no surprises. His price was better than the other three estimates we had and I loved the personal attention to detail they gave my home. He made me feel as if this were his house and he cared that much about the work he did. Once he was done with the job he came back to help me move our furniture down stairs...The couch would not fit so Manny and his team cut out the door frame to the basement we had just completed, got the furniture downstairs and than built back the door frame, sheetrock and trim over the next few days. You can not tell anything was ever done to the area....I would recommend this company whole heartedly.
