Prompt - arrive when they say they will. Quality work, and they spend a lot of effort looking for ways to run wires without punching a lot of holes in your walls. Even when they have to cut into the wallboard they cut in the middle of the stud and screw the piece of wallboard back in place! I never used an electrician that took such great care of my house!
