Joe was responsive and worked with us to get the job done quickly. He was not the cheapest, but worth the extra money (you get what you pay for!). Roof looks great, property is clean.

Dont use this people. They don't know how to do the work. Once they get their payment you will never get them. If you call them after hours trust me YOU WILL BE SCOLDED by them saying why you called after hours. I worked with Service magic people several times earlier , never had a such a bad experience. Wish Service magic drops this company from their list. I wish there is a negative rating instead of 0.5

We had a simple cap on the vent from our furnace that Joe quickly identified, explained the procedure and the cost, and was out the next day to fix it. While it was a bit more money than I would have liked to spend for the short amount of time the job took, I understand the value of his time and would be happy to use him again.
