Excellent to work with, hired them for a fireplace and furnace certification prior to selling my condo. They were thorough, punctual, pleasant, and extremely helpful with replacing a small part after something stopped working the second time they tested the furnace.

Greg is a great guy and install looks great. Would highly recommend.

When we were short on hot water and our furnace was on the way out, I contacted the The SaveGreen Project. They provided a list of contractors, and after numerous calls finally got through to a contractor that understood the program. Greg thoroughly explained the process, and even walked me the process, guiding us through from initial application process to final walkthrough. When Greg came out to assess our situation, he was very professional and extremely honest. He offers the best prices and uses high quality brands. His experience speaks for itself, he was the only contractor who told us we can install a tankless water heater. Additionally, he was able to help us with our failing furnace and provided one of the top systems for an extremely reasonable price. His staff is professional and clean. They put cover grip cloths to protect the floors, and were very careful when handling the equipment. Before installing the furnace and air purifier he performed a full duct cleaning. His staff was nothing short of excellent; they team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the results speak for themselves. The level of communication speaks for itself, any questions or concerns we had Greg took the time to address and ensure we were completely satisfied. For anyone in need of plumbing, electrical work, or for any HVAC service, I highly recommend Greg and his team.

The (2) techs arrived, covered my floors for protection and got immediately to work. Really! No nonsense......No waste of time. I know good workers when I see them and I was impressed.

Figuring it would be a week or so for them to do the work as it was the hottest days of the summer so far. They were out in a couple of days and installed my new furnace coil and a.c unit in 1 day. Greg and Gerard are great guys and would highly recommended FS for any plumbing and heating needs.

Hired Greg to do a hot water repair. Made an appointment with him and he never showed. Did not bother calling to let me know. And stopped answering phones an messages. Figured they were busy so gave them a few days to get back to me. Never returned any of my calls or messages left on his cell or business. Basically left me high and dry. Been told it happened to a few customers. Would not recommend it, totally unprofessional.

My old AC was on its last legs so I received quotes from a few different companies including FS. FS provided the best value for the equipment I wanted. Throughout the process Greg returned every call timely and answered every question I had. Greg and his associates worked their tails off on an above garage install. Great people and company to work with. They have a new permanent customer.

Requested quotes for a HVAC system replacement from 4 companies. FS Plumbing offered the best value and price for the type of system I wanted. Greg and his two professional plumbers showed up on the appointment time and worked straight through until completion. They installed the system and tested it to be sure all is in order. This company is both knowledgeable and honorable in the work they provide to their customers. The very well completed project is both highly efficient and the design of the installation is both efficient and looks great. F S comes prepared to work, with all parts needed, delivered early morning of the day of installation. They also observed all safety precautions, following all protocols recommended by the CDC. All three plumbers are very nice and respectful of your property. They clean up after the project is complete and take away all excess materials and waste. I am recommending this company to my relatives and friends to call for any plumbing projects they have a need for.

I own many properties so have worked with many contractors over the years. Greg from FS Plumbing and his installers are an 11 on a scale of 1-10. This was the first time I used their service and found them to be the most honorable, customer friendly and fair of any Heating and AC contractor that I have ever used. I am sure anyone that contacts them will feel the way I do.

Within minutes of my quote request through Home Advisors, I received a call from Greg. He took the time to go over everything with me, scheduled an appointment for a quote and assured me that they were taking all precautions for safety. He emailed my quote and I accepted online. Greg called to schedule a date to do the work and also gave me a heads up when they were on the way. They just finished the job and I am extremely happy. His team is terrific, clean, efficient, and professional. I wish I had found these guys years ago and will definitely use them in the future.

The greatest compliment I was most impressed in the reviews was when the client remembered FS Plumming s Staff who were involved in their project. I want to tip my hat to Greg, the owner and his apprentice Gerard and Arnold. Their professionalism and commitment to the job was exemplary. Bravo!! Very Highly Skilled men on the Job. Very impressed with the job. Clean and Professional. Love the Tankless Hotwater Heater. Endless water for the family. Couldn t be any happier.

They were very responsive and interested to resolve my issue; had gas working but the igniter seems to have failed; after making the repair he cleaned up the rest of the furnace, replace the filter all gratuitously. I recommend them. I think their pricing was a bit high but quality, timeliness, workmanship, social engagement were all very good. I would recommend them.

Greg, Jerry and Arnold were very professional and provided great customer service! Based on the work done, and the fact that if we need emergency service, we would be a priority, we decided to enroll in their maintenance contract.
