+ -1 moreThe installation went very smoothly. They were done in about 5 hours. They were very knowledgable and friendly. They worked very neatly and cleaned up after they were done. The AC unit works great now.
Description of Work: I recently had them install an entire new AC condenser and coils.

+ -1 moreNot trustworthy and unresponsive. Brand new unit was installed in fall 2015, by mid-summer 2016 I've had to recharge the unit twice after electric bills of almost $500/month. Repeatedly attempted to contact David, but first time said he would not be able to come for 4 or 5 days and second time failed to return texts and calls. Had to find someone else to recharge the units at considerable additional cost in order to find a repair a leak. You don't expect to have to recharge new units twice in one season and you certainly expect a call back from a contractors that has done a large job for you.

+ -1 moreI have been using them for about 10 years. They are punctual, they are reliable. In general, the service has been very good. I have a contract with them to service the air conditioner and the heater every year. He'll call me or I'll call him and he will tell me he will be here in a week or two. These are not emergency calls, they are service calls so we do whatever is convenient for me and for him too. It has all worked out well.
Description of Work: I last used DMG Mechanical to tune up the air conditioner before the summer a couple of weeks ago. Then in the fall he will tune up the heater for the winter.
