This review is for the window treatment and color consultation area only. The actual people that sell paint were very nice and they have a great selection, but working with the color consultant was one of the worst experiences I have had. First, during my home consultation, I felt she was rushing and had the timer on the whole time -very unprofessional and did not show that she cared, only that she wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. I felt the person in the window treatment area was snobby. Everytime I chose colors, she would roll her eyes. I thought the whole point of a color consultation was to sell me something other than neutrals, I probably should have hired a real interior designer, like someone with a degree in fine arts who could rationalize why one color would work better than another. When my husband went in to see the colors I chose, she showed him the colors and stated "Do you want to see the colors your wife chose?" and laughed, as if it was so ludicrous to put something other than beige on the walls. I decided to give them another try for window treatments and returned 6 months later. When reviewing the products, I was really more concerned about the quality of the fabric and she kept emphasizing the cost, rather than the value. She stated "Don't worry, its not going to cost that much," as if she didn't think we could afford the window treatments. This woman was not tactful or professional at all.

Sales person was accommodating, absolutely helpful and understood our needs and colors. Installation was excellent-follow up call from sales person. Excellent experience all around.

The provider was very helpful and friendly in selecting the appropriate type and size of window treatment. The installer was very efficient and friendly.

They provided excellent and customized service. They have great products. Installation was very satisfactory.

They arrived on time for measuring and installation. Both the jobs were completed quickly and without any incident. The in-store staff was helpful and offered suggestions.

Dealing with Colors to Go was a great experience. From my first visit, Lisa was very attentive, spent a significant amount of time with me, and made sure I was shown every option available to make the best decision on fabric. Lisa also was very honest about what would work and wouldn't work in my daughter's room. During our visits, other of Colors to Go staff entertained my son and daugher so I could focus - it was greatly appreciated. Overall it was a great experience, and I ended up with a beautiful custom made canopy with matching curtains that have made my little girl's room very special. I will definitely be using them again in the future, and highly recommed their services.
