+ -1 moreWhile I have had no issues with the exterminator that actually comes to our building, the owner of this company is just a terrible person. I called today to let him know that no one seemingly came to our building as scheduled last week as all our traps hadn't been changed and the person waiting at home for service was never contacted. What I received was a barrage of insults and profanity including calling someone a "dumb c**t b*tch" and telling me he would beat me up. Don't give your business to this company. It just isn't worth it. There are other companies whose service is just as good and won't insult you when you have questions.

Description of Work: Our experience with this company was very good. Their arrivals and departures were very inconspicuous as far as neighbours were concerned. Work done, follow up completed and from August til now all's well. They accomplished the job they had and did it well. What more can I say. I would and do highly recommend them and at the same time hope you never have need for them!!

+ -1 moreI was given choices for appointment and person on phone was courteous to change the timings to suit my work schedule. The exterminator arrived on time, called to confirm timing and spent time to take care of the problem. I didnt not feel like I was billed for 5 minutes of service. Its been a week and I am already feeling better with the treatment.
Description of Work: I moved into new house and saw roaches, bugs and ants. I was warned of bed bugs and was concerned with a baby in the house. I was looking for a dependable professional to come and take care of the problem before I moved. After talking to many companies I decided on CityExpress because of their website and professionalism on phone. They took time to explain the process and treatment options.
