If I could give zero stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I ever had. Empty water bottles left in my house, drank MY water in MY bedroom, scratched my brand new bed, for whatever reason they put my nursery chair IN MY daughter's crib and gauged the wood. They "leveled" my floors without using a level, amazing right. They put my husband's door on crooked, I know, that's talent. They cut stuff in my driveway, fine, but they left the garage door open and everything in my garage is covered in saw dust. They unplugged outlet covers I had for my kids, fine they need to plug in tools, but then they threw them away. We had cable wires tacked up on the old molding yet they left the wires hanging all over the place AND threw our half of the hooks I had & left me with 3. They left cement in my kitchen sink that I had to scrub off, Cut the nose of my steps so my kids safety gate just hangs & when the carpet installer came he said "this guy did this again" & he had to nail a piece of flooring to the step so my carpet didn't sag, half of my living room clearly isn't even because my end table now wobbles, my dining room wasn't close to being done correctly when it was leveled, the plywood clearly wasn't nailed down & the floor had to come up and be redone. My daughters floor has a massive scratch going through it.. They left my brand new sofa filthy covered in dust and scratched, when I told Sue she said "what's the material" and nothing else when I told her. After I gave her $13,000, after the 9500 deposit, I was annoyed at all of this & wanted to know when my carpet would be installed, I had 3 phone calls unanswered & countless texts ignored. Sue then says "just relax it'll all be perfect, you have nothing to worry about, call me anytime" that was a TOTAL JOKE. I have never seen a more unprofessional, rude, nasty crew in my life. MY husband is actually going through our house as we speak with a 4 foot level & it's ridiculous that it's still so uneven. Actually, not hard to believe because THEY DIDN'T USE A LEVEL TO LEVEL MY FLOORS. I don't know but after spending almost $24,000 it should be PERFECTION.

Where do I start? Susan got back to me very quickly and responsively over email and telephone, and was even able to stop by the same day to show us flooring. Which, by the way, happened to be a Friday night at around 8:00 p.m. After showing us a few floors and offering options we were on our way. She was able to offer advice about how to (not to scam) but to get the rest of our floor covered under our insurance claim. Insurance providers only offered the bare minimum in floor replacement, but Susan with her knowledge was able to advise that the insurance company should be covering more of the floor due to the spec and knowledge of what was here. After explaining that to our insurance company they quickly agreed that her assessment was correct which helped to cover and keep beautiful the rest of the house. The actual installers were extremely quick to get the floor down (I was shocked), what I thought would be an all day affair took no more than 4-5 hours to get done. I'd recommend to neighbors in the area if they needed flooring and show them our floor as an example.

We met with Sue tonight for a free estimate to improve our lower level office area and sitting area. We had carpeting previously and are now going with vinyl plank flooring as we plan to do some dog sitting in the future. We are a nonprofit organization and value, durability and aesthetics are important to us. We were impressed with the product selection but even more so by Sue's knowledge, pleasant professionalism and superb customer service skills. The estimate was very fair and we left a deposit tonight. I have no doubt that Sue's installers will be just as good doing the job as she did with us tonight to explain and go over everything. We have gotten estimates in the past for flooring and Sue's was by far the best and there was never a moment where there was any sales pressure. While Sue was here we were so happy with her services that we even had her measure and provide estimates for carpeting in three rooms that we were planning to renovate sometime down the road. We have already recommended Sue's company to a friend and will continue to do so. I am excited to see what the job will look like upon completion and will write another review soon.

Sue is a pleasure to do business with and the best part is that she comes to your home to assist in selecting the carpet, bringing samples. Her installation team is very professional and courteous and leave the area very clean and put back together. I would definitely do business with Sue again.

Sue went above and beyond to find an installer to complete my job in a very tight time period. Installer was professional, friendly and fixed my carpeting on a Sunday morning. Would absolutely utilize again! Thank you Sue!

Excellent job. Their installer arrived early, was extremely thorough, cleaned up completely afterwards. The job is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them on their work, reliability and professionalism.

After speaking with the owner, Sue G, it wound up being better that I did the job by self since it was not that difficult a job. But I will be keeping her listed as a vendor for when my rugs next have to be replaced as well as any tile repairs etc.

The workers were excellent. They did a great job. The person who did our estimate was a little misleading as we had to pay extra money for the service.

The salesperson and owner of the place takes care of everything. She helped pick color of the paint. And everything they did was exactly what I wanted. The price was reasonable and have the items installed properly.

great! The vinyl floor is by far the best I have seen. It looks like wood and no squeaking. Its solid and well made. The installers were professional.

Susan responded to our request promptly visiting our home with multiple rug samples. Our selection was ordered and delivered for installation in less than three weeks. The installation crew was pleasant, professional, arriving on-time and performing their work with a minimum of inconvenience to us.

Great! Susan came to my house within a few days of my initial phone call to her. I had explained what I was looking for, so she arrived with sample of differnet floors that might work well - we agreed on a beautiful faux barn-style flooring that has an intricate raised grain pattern and cork backing to keep it almost as quiet as the carpet had been. The flooring arrived in the warehouse wihtin a few days, and could have been installed almost immediately except for my schedule, so it had to wait a week till I could be home. The two installers arrived just a little earlier than I thought they'd be there (7:15), but that was all right since everyone was up and I was out front with the dog anyway. I couldn't believe how fast they ripped up all the rug, installed the floor, and cleaned up! They were done by around 11:00. The flooring went into the master bedroom, a very large walk-in closet (8x10) and a small hallway to the laundry room, so there were lot of cuts to make, and they also installed thresholds, shoe molding around the walls, and so forth - extremely professional job and very, very clean when they left. I had removed all the small items and decor from the room, as well as the longer hanging items and shoes from the closet, but the installers still had to move a lot of furniture to get the floor down, and it was all back in place when they were done. the floor is just beautiful now, and I wish I had done this years ago! (I have two cats and a dog who is not really committed to his house training, and that carpet was at least 20 years old... you get the picture.) I was delighted with the service throughout this experience and I love, love, love my new floor! I'll be calling Susan again.

Joe. who installed the floor in the kitchen, came over the Sat before, to drop off supplies and check out the floor. On the installation day, after he ripped up the flooring in the kitchen/ dining area he said that we did need additional work done to even the floor. After discussing it with Sue ,he added another layer of plywood and made the floor even. This was all done the first day. Joe and his helper cleaned up and returned the next day to install. Joe also installed new molding in the kitchen and bedroom. A week later Tony installed the carpet in the bedroom. The floor and the carpet look beautiful. Joe, Tony and Joe's helper were very professional and cleaned up after they were finished. We had an extra expense due the uneven floor, but it was worth it for the results. Sue was great in helping us to decide what we needed and called us after each job to see how things went. i would definitely use her company again. Thanks Sue.

Susan came and showed me some samples, and gave me the quote. Their price is not the lowest, but I chose her to get a better quality and service because of the high rating in Angie's List. However, it turned out to be a little disappointing. They didn't clean up after they finished the carpeting. Left dirt in a couple places (see the picture for example). I had to clean by myself. Called Susan and told her. But she didn't take any real action.

Sue was very responsive from the time I called. Tony was very professional and super friendly. We will definitely use them again!

All interactions with Susan were great and installation was done quickly by 2 installers with little mess. Susan sent her carpet installer a day or two after the initial vinyl installation to complete the transition in doorways between the new flooring and existing carpeting in the bedrooms. I only wish the installers had left a some extra vinyl planks. I like to have extra materials (leftover paint, extra tile or carpet etc..) in case of accidents and needed replacement. I didn't think to ask for it until they left and meant to contact Susan, but time just got away from me. I recently contacted via email Shaw and they said to contact the retailer which is Susan I guess.

Sue made the process of buying carpet painless. She took time to help select the perfect carpet for the room. The installer, Tony, arrived on time and did a fantastic job both installing the carpet and restretching the carpet in the dining room. Professional from start to finish, will definitely hire again and won't even bother looking anywhere else.

The project was put on hold, however I would recommend, because I was contacted promptly, and the customer service was excellent.

Called and left a msg for wood floor installation and never returned my call... Not professional.

This was a good experience overall. We're happy with the tile and the grout. The installer was polite and skilled at his work. Everything was well communicated beforehand. Our only ding was that we are left with lots of divots and dings in our walls because of the debris from the tile demo. I don't know what could have been done to avoid that but maybe in the future some sort of protection could be used to shield the walls.

Work was delayed, but performed very satisfactorily and professionally. Flooring looks beautiful.
