Sue was very responsive from the first time that I called her for an appointment, throughout the installation work. Sue made everything very convenient, she came to our house with tons of samples and discussed the merits of different carpeting, as well as discussing color combinations for the different rooms. The installers were very friendly and professional. At my request, Sue was able to schedule our installation in two parts for our convenience. She also ordered special wood saddles to fit between carpeted and existing laminate flooring areas. there was one issue where a sliding door guide broke after the installation, and Sue made sure that the installers came right back to install a new door guide. this was a most pleasant experience, and we would definitely use Sue's services again, and would highly recommend her.

This is my third time working with Susan and again I am very, very pleased with the service provided by her and her company. She is always a pleasure to work with - very friendly and professional and her installers (in this case - Tony) are "top-notch". I needed to update the kitchen flooring from the old 80's style linoleum and didn't want to spend a lot of money since this updating is mostly for resale purpose (although I couldn't stand to look at it anymore). She was able to provide a vinyl sheet tile that looks like real tile at a great price. Tony did a wonderful job installing the flooring and it really makes the kitchen look more "up-to-date". I definitely intend to work with her again and would recommend her company to others.

Susan Gibbs was very friendly and helpful during the selection process. The installers were friendly, efficient, and experienced.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Sue braved a snow storm on my day off for a consultation. She is very knowledgeable and knew what my family needed in terms of our laminate and carpet. The price also fit within our budget. Joe and his team installed our laminate and it came out fantastic. Same for Tony who installed our carpeting. They are true craftsmen and know exactly what they are doing which is sometimes hard to find. They also easily navigated around our furniture. If you are reading this review, stop your search and use Carpet and Flooring Centers :-)

Sue is a professional and is very courteous. After showing all the color shades for the flooring, she took the extra effort to highlight how each color will go with the room and thanks to her that we were able to make the best decision. She was very honest and her suggestions and advice were great.The installer Joe did a great job and his workmanship is immaculate. We were surprised to find a thin layer of wood between the carpet and the concrete in this room but Sue was courteous to not charge us extra for the removal

We bought a new house and the existing carpet in basement was in very bad shape. Sue came over and showed us some samples of carpets and spent over 2 hours with us going through the different types. In the end we went with a Shaw nylon passageway I and premium padding at an incredible price . We also got quotes from other vendors and their price for the same product was much higher. Sue was also very helpful in color selection. She knows Benjamin Moore paints very well and is able to visualize and explain what the room will look like with different carpet colors. Her service is excellent, she always returns phone calls and emails and also called to follow-up after installation. Her installation crew were also excellent. They were on time and highly professional. My basement looks fabulous!! I would highly recommend this company for carpets!

We found them on Angie's List and they did OK. They get good ratings from Angie's List. It went well. They were very fair with the price. Their installer cut some wires that he thought weren't important and cut all of the phone lines that go up to our third floor. That was a problem. Except for that it was fine and they were prompt.

Susan was great! She brought us a ton of flooring samples to choose from and we finally agreed on one. She said it would be installed in about two weeks and that's the time frame when the work actually started. There was a slight mix-up with the actual day the installer showed up, but Tony (the installer) was a gem. He knew what he was doing and in around two days the job was completed. I would recommend Susan and Tony for any flooring job. Now our kitchen & hallway look great! Both Susan & Tony were very professional and knowledgeable!

This was a first class operation from start to finish. Sue was excellent as a guide to choosing the right carpet for our needs - didn't oversell us and was a pleasure to work with. Her installers were amazing. They moved all of the furniture, took out the old carpet and installed the new for 3 bedrooms and were done in 4 hours! A beautiful install job and really nice people. We are thrilled with the this company.

Sue came to our house for the estimate. She spent a lot of time with us choosing the carpet type and color and even helped with paint color for the walls. The carpet was ordered and installed, The installer did a great job.

Our experience with Sue was absolutely perfect from beginning to end! Our initial contact with Sue was on a Sunday evening around 7pm. To our surprise she responded later that night and set up an appointment with us not long after. Sue arrived fully prepared with numerous samples and grades of carpet. She helped with coordinating colors and showed us options with the various carpet grades and choice of padding. Sue is very accommodating. She wrote up our three options so we could choose once we made our decision. Well, it was an easy decision, we decided to have Sue install our carpet. We have had experience with many different carpet installers including the "discount" ones you see in many ads. Sue is courteous, respectful, and polite. Sue does not try to pressure you to "buy now". Sue takes her time, shows you everything, provides pricing, and then lets you decide when you are ready. In our case we asked her to return several weeks after her first visit so we could see the color options again. She came out, we decided, and set up our installation date. As for the installation crew...WOW!! On the day of installation three gentleman came out. They worked continuously until everything was done. They did an outstanding job! Very impressed as they were installers, not part-time or seasonal help! From what we gathered they were second generation installers! We highly recommend you contacting Sue for a quote. We already have plans for her to return to do another room for us!

The installers were a third party they were extremely good and professional but the business owner after getting the contract never answer our calls or text and I mean never !!!! So it was really hard after giving the deposit that what's going on when they are coming to install . It was really frustrating. If they improve there customer service then we will use them in future.

After receiving a number of quotes from Lowes, Home Depot, and many businesses all over route 9 & 35, Susan still gave me the best deal for the best quality product. I trusted her contractors as they weren't outsourced to random people as with Home Depot and Lowes, they were guys who consistently work with her clients and she knew them very well. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job with a quick and easy install. I would definitely recommend this business to all my friends and family and would be happy to use Susan again in the future.

Tony arrived on time and got right to work. He tore up the carpets in all the problem areas, trimmed the edges, and tacked them back in place. We are especially pleased with the results and would definitely call again with further problems.

First of all stop what your doing and hire this company! Susan provided the best of the best with her product knowledge and installers. Joe and his assistant neatly removed the carpet from our second floor bedrooms and hallway. They also hauled away the old carpet. They swept and cleaned thoroughly the plywood floors before installing the new wood flooring. Scraping up the old padding which stuck to the plywood flooring was quite a labor intensive chore for them. I didn't realize how much prep goes into the sub flooring before installing the new hardwood. Joe and his assistant worked diligently and with great expertise for two days. They provided us with detailed info about the installation as they went along. They finished the project with trim and grout which pulled it all together. I told them it was like a work of art. Also we had the utility room done which involved new sub flooring and a top of the line vinyl product which Sue recommended. Another superb installer(Tony) did a wonderful job. Thank you to Susan, Joe and helper (sorry we forgot his name) and Tony for providing us with a supreme job with no issues.. We absolutely love our new floors everyday.

Susan came to the house soon after our initial call, showed us everything we asked for. She has everything in her van, it's especially good to have at home service. Once we decided on the carpet, she even brought in paint samples so we could match it up. She had great suggestions too. The installers called to give us a date/time and then the night before the install to confirm. They gave us a time of 8am, which is what we wanted, and got her right on time. They were professional, friendly and efficient. I'd use this provider again and would recommend them to my friends and families.

Susan was very professional, warm and friendly. My husband and I had a pretty good idea of the carpet we were looking for but after looking over our decor, Susan came up with something even better. Her prices were very good (less expensive than Home Depot for better quality) and she was not at all pushy. Susan's installers were fantastic, from start to finish. The moved our furniture with care and made sure to clean up thoroughly. Bottom line -- we LOVE our new carpet and Susan made the entire process fast and easy.

I'm going to renovate my basement in a couple years and really just wanted a short-term solution. Meaning i needed something durable for my kids, looks good when someone opens the basement door and most importantly wasn't going to break the bank. Met a couple other installers and they were fine but I felt Susan could match the right carpet to my needs. Whereas i felt the others had a specific set of carpets they wanted to sell.

She was very good and very attentive to detail. She went to the house, took measurements and did not put pressure on me: she gave me advice on what needs to be done. She did not pick out the most expensive thing; she picked out what was the best for the house. The carpet has been awesome. It was was for a rental property. She was very professional, very good and I have no complaints.

Sales and installation experience were professional and excellent. N/A selected for price only because I did not get any other estimates based on AL ratings. I felt price was good for a 500 sq. ft. installation.

Contacted owner and she came to the house. prompt, professional. brought many samples, picked carpet she ordered over the phone that evening. needed carpet before thanksgiving. they were able to meet our delivery schedule.When the crew came they were neat and professtional and quick. very little waste. install very good.

Sue and her team were tremendous !! I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Carpet & Flooring Centers of NJ to anyone looking for new carpet.

Very punctual and professional on the estimate. Did not use because they were the second most expensive estimate I had. Empire was the most expensive.
