Description of Work: I have been a FIOS user for years and I was not pleased to find that the only choice I had in my new apartment for cable and internet was Optimum but I have been pleasantly surprised. I have a fairly basic package however i paid an additional $ 10 per month for faster internet and it is worth it, it is faster than Fios, very fast. The TV is the same but the DVR is not nearly as good as Fios or Tivo, if it really mattered to me I would get something else but it is adequate for my needs. I hardly use the phone but it does have one terrific feature, you can go to the website and set up the phone to ring your cell at the same time. This works well and lets me answer calls on either the cordless phone of my cell, the cordless always has a great signal and ATT is iffy at times so I often opt for the landline. Optimums pricing is fair and basically they are all close in price but after I ordered I discovered an old email in my mailbox with a better deal and Optimum honored it with no hesitation. Overall I am please !
