I had a problem with basement get flooded with heavy rain. So I had been advised to get a sump pump and I hired the wrong guy and it was a nightmare till I was referred to Sal by a friend. These guys show up on time and offered the solution and it was as simple as 1,2,3. Once I needed them for an emergency. Sal himself showed up on Sunday 10 am. From initial estimate to completion of the work every step of the way Sal, Barbara and the team did a great job. They worked with us, gave a fair price and completed the job quickly and to our complete satisfaction. I would...though hopefully will never need to....use them again highly recommended them to anyone.

Everyone in the company was very polite and professional. They worked in a finished basement and kept everything clean while they worked. They were very punctual and kept to their schedule. The best part of working with them is that they offered several options at each stage of the work and often suggested ways to save money. They were very easy to work with and honest.

Sales, Steve, came out to estimate. Gave prices and seemed knowledgeable. Asked him to write materials and location of work to be done. He only did the location. Trying to get a contract to match the estimate soon became a problem because materials not listed nor was location. owner's son and cousin came out to eval. job. From the get go they trashed the estimate, the work to be done, and the salesman creating much stress for me by changing prices and scope of work to be done. Office was curt on this day saying forget the job. Son called owner and they were told to leave. At this point they wasted two appt. days estimate, work day. Called Angie's list for advice as this company is listed as Super Service. Approx. 4 days later owner calls to try to set record straight and give me new estimate. Sal, owner, was very nice , acknowledged the problems I experienced and said he would correct on his business end by the end of the month. He gave me new estimates which I did not feel were fair because he now changed prices for a third time. He has a policy of giving a discount if you do all the work now but if you do partial work now, he charges $200 extra to come back. He said he has to load up his truck again which cost money. Thought about this for a few days but not trusting this company anymore. I decided to move on and not hire them.

There was a delay in scheduling but they informed us in time. The work went well.

Representative came from company, was polite, made suggestions and promised to send an estimate for the proposed work by the end of the week. It has been almost four weeks since that appointment and I have not received an estimate nor a report as guaranteed by the Angie's List offer. I want my $49 refunded.

kind of felt like it was a sales call in reality and I am not sure I needed to spend $50 to get a services/product estimate.

He was nice, showed me the truth of what he could do, and overall it was okay.

Work was completed in a timely manner. Workers were knowledgeable and professional,. They also cleaned up more than expected when done. We were impressed with their service and would call again if needed. The person in charge of answering calls and scheduling was also a pleasure to deal with.

The tech reviewed my situation and gave me prices for the services that they offer. The tech was very honest with me and did not try to sell me something that I did not need.

Extremely well, I would of given all A,s if I had received the report as promised. I will give them a call to ask for it, sometimes things happen places get busy, SO I am giving them a chance to get the report out to me.

Professional, no pressure but expensive

We had a cracked foundation which another waterproofing company tried fixing it 2x and couldn't stop the water from leaking into the basement. So we decided to hired another waterproofing company and we came across Basement Waterproofing Solutions on Angie's List. The experience with Basement Waterproofing Solutions was WONDERFUL. They are true professionals from the beginning until the end. Sal came to give us an estimate, he did not try to sell anything that we didn't need. I even asked if exterior French drain will help with the cracked foundation with water coming in and he said no it is not necessary don't waste your money, all we needed is to sealed up the crack, which have to be from the outside because the first waterproofing company messed it up already from the inside. On the day of the job, two very young guys (not over 30 years old) Sal Jr and Cody came and at first we were a little bit hesitated because of how young they are. Boy, we worried for no reason. ? They were so professional and was so patience even with me asking so many questions. Around 1:30 lunch time, guess how they took lunch? They DID NOT stop working and take lunch together, one went to eat first while the other one is still working, they took turns. They were so polite the whole time and took care of my house. Because of Basement Waterproofing Solutions, we can finally sleep at night even when is pouring rain. Thank you Sal, Cody, Sal Jr and also Barbara (always so jolly) For everyone that is reading this review, if you want the job done right the first time, YOU NEED BASEMENT WATERPROOFING SOLUTIONS and no one else!!!

Very easy to work with, excellent service, professional and clean

I wanted to get a bilco door installed for my crawl space. I called them, they wanted me to send photos and measurements, which I did. The tech spoke to me on the phone and he said the photo looked like the foundation was underground, which it wasn't. I tried to tell him this and he would not listen. He said a foundation would cost $800.00. They would not come out and give me an estimate unless I would agree to that on the phone. I said no and he hung up on me.

I hired them. They were professional throughout the process and did what they promised, when they promised and delivered excellent work.

From the first phone call, this company provided great service. Stu, the sales guy, gave a detailed description and showed picttures of what would need to be done. When we made the decision to use NJDryBasement, the contract was emailed to us & an appointment was set up with a 10 day window. At the time of the quote we were told it would take a week to complete the job; it only took 2 1/2 days. The crew was really young. I think maybe 1 of the 5 guy crew was over the age of 30. In a lot of situations this would scare me off. These guys were professional & respectful. They were very proud of the work they were doing. The company guarantees that our basement will remain dry for as long as we own the home. I hope we own it for a long, long time! :)
