we need a full replacement of our A/C system. The furnace was OK , but the A/c was acting up and at 15 years of age we decide we needed to replace rather than patching up. Artur came home , made the calculations and the recommendations on the spot, gave us couple of valuable options tailored to our situation. Once we were ready we set the date for the job . he and his crew came 10 minutes ahead of the schedule and finished 30 min Ahead of the schedule. he estimated 5 hrs of work and they did it in 4.5 hrs. they did all as expected and agreed and even better. replaced all components of the AC, fabricated new housing for the coil and made a new improved duct work for the return. they cleaned after themselves and left the area in better shape than it was when they came. the new system is quieter and more efficient than the old system. real pros and men of their word.strongly recommend to all that want this kind of work to be done at their home.

Based upon my experience I'd highly recommend American Dream for anyone who needs HVAC systems. I met with four HVAC providers before deciding on American Dream for our project (two new gas furnaces and two central air units) and I'm very happy I did. Artur is a pro's pro. He is extremely knowledgeable, he listens well, and most importantly he follows up and stays on top of everything throughout the entire project. The work was done professionally, prep and cleanup was spotless and the systems are very quiet. The township inspectors who completed the post-install safety inspections also commented favorably on the workmanship. In summary I'm extremely pleased and would certainly hire American Dream again.

This is a review of the work and follow-up delivered by American Dream. Artur and team installed a split system AC unit this summer for us. I was very impressed with their overall proposal, punctuality, installation and follow-up. They engineered a great solution and installed it with great care. I am most impressed with their follow-up on the rebate paperwork. The unit installed was eligible for a $500 rebate. I really thought I was going to have to chase this down myself. I am very pleased to report that American Dream was right on top of this work as well. Even though it meant several calls to town officials and a lengthy paper trail, they persevered and got it done. I was very happy to receive my rebate check with no work on my part. I highly recommend American Dream.

Excellent company to work with. They provide me with multiple options and explained the different features of each system. I was educated by the time I talked to the other contractors who responded to my request for quote. Some didn���t even bother to call me back. I compared 4 different contractors and I got the best deal from American Dream Heating and cooling. From start to finish the company was very professional and worked quickly to remove and install my new Furnace and AC cooling. They laid down working sheets to keep my house clean and I was very impressed that the install was completed in one day. American Dream was knowledgeable and knew the Township code. The Electrical, Pluming, and Fire passed inspection on the first try. Definitely would recommend!!!

We hired American Dream to install a central air unit. We also had contacted Sears and Princeton Air. Artur at American Dream was far more knowledgable about his product, suggested modifications the others did not, and was the most reasonably priced. He and his crew were clean cut, respectful of our property, arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Do yourselves a favor and let them bid on your project. They will sell themselves.
