excavators, septic tank

had septic backup and called j&l at 10 am, they said they would be out between 3-5 pm. When they didn't show up by 5:30pm I called and the owner said his driver was on the way. When they didn't show by 9pm I called another company who showed up an hour later. J& l never showed and never called.
Description of Work: NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very sorry that you had a bad experience with our company that day. Unfortunately our driver had a tire blow out on the way to your residence and had to wait for a tow truck and repairs to be completed on the vehicle. He did make an attempt to call on the number he was provided, but there was no answer and the Voice Mail was not allowing him to leave a message. Once again I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, unfortunately sometimes circumstances do occur that are out of our control. If you do require septic service in the future, please call our office ( 1-888-840-1191 ) and reference this response, we will offer you a discount on your next service. Thank you
